  5. I would pull the head off, check your o rings and inspect the cylinder wall. Maybe you got lucky. But def check for coolant leak. Good luck

  7. keep the circuits or go with the t-5 on your setup imo.
  8. Pull the head off and make sure all your o-rings are still intact. Did you notice alot more heat coming from the side that was smokey?
  9. If coolant was burning, i'd pull the cylinder off and see whats up. Are you running a cool head?
  10. B4 you PC your frame, check to make sure all your foot peg threads are good. Most of the time they are all fucked up. Better to fix it now then after its pc'd.

  12. Do you know where your port timings are at? I'm not really sure where a dune port actually falls in degree wise but if the builder set it up for a dune port, I wouldnt touch your base gasket. I dont wanna give you wrong info, but almost every 4mill stock cly ive been involved with, we had to cut the domes. Best bet is to talk to your builder, tell him where your at with comp and squish, and inform him of your deto issues. See what he has to say. You might be able to send him your domes, and he can hog them out alil.
  13. I personally dont take any chances and run straight race fuel. At 160 i would atleast mix it 50/50. But the thing is, you never really know the quality of the pump fuel. I like to bring the squish in around .040-.050.
  14. I would bump your octane up if your just runnin pump fuel. Or bring your comp down. Your squish seems a little on the tight side. Were your domes cut at all?

  19. This is the guy to talk too^^^^^^^^^^^^ But if those wp shocks are not blown and work well, why not pull them apart, get the springs pc'd for a few bucks, clean them up and use them.

  21. Did you try bleeding at both banjo bolts? Sometimes ill do that if its giving me problems. The one at the master cylinder then the one on the caliper. Could alsol try reverse gravity bleed.
