  1. id go t5s because your going to want porting later on down the road. only problem is after you do the porting your going to want shearers or cpi ... you choice.... but id deff go t5 at the least... just my .02cents! good luck bro.

  4. How old are ur spark plug boots? Try switching them around. Also if u have powder coated frame did u chase all ur threads for ur cdi coil and ect?? I had this problem once , Jeff ended up chasing all the threads and it was all good
  5. do yourself a favor go buy a premix ratio cup and some 2 stroke premix from you local atv shop you will get millions of different type of premix just use a well named brand and stick with it ... i use klotz r50

  8. had the same problem with my bike spark on and off.. took it over to jeff and fast. he chased all the threads cdi and coil, and all that where i had it powercoated good as new!

  11. Approx how many hrs are on these shocks, do the need to be serviced? What weight and a arm length are they Setup for? Thanks
  12. Hell I don't even notice a change in bottom end from stock to 35s. Same bottom end, enhanced mid , and huge Change in top end . I did do a plug chop yesterday and looks like I'm a bit rich on the main (152) I'll have to pick up a set of 150s .... I'm headed to Washington for work I'll get it all dialed in and ready to go, I'm headed to little Sahara In 3 weeks.
  13. Threw in 40p needle middle clip 152 mains runs real hard, I'll do a plug chop tomorrow if weather allows it. As for stock carbs vs 35 pwk, no comparison in the little time I've had them on my bike mid to top end pulls Alot harder on my bike! No more flat topend, and I don't even have them dialed in good yet
  14. I take that back just pulled carbs i was running a 38p going to pick up a set of 40s tomorrow
  15. Hmm it's deff a lean bog.. I could try going down a clip on the needle. Im 1 turn out on the screw
  16. Finally got them on the bike, I've been working Alot. Got my duel pingel installed. Think I'm running a 42p. Main is 158 cel needle on 2 clips up from point end. Motor is in my sig, big just rips only had time for a little 15 min run but wow what a difference carbs Made over stock! 1/4 to 1/2 has a slight bog, then at 1/2 throttle it starts pulling like non other never did stop pulling (ran out of road)... Tomorrow if weather lets me I'll go up on on the p jet and see what happens, if it pulls well I'll do a plug chop.

  20. you are a bit rich on the main id maybe drop one size and see what it looks like, glad the 30p worked for you, i was running my jetting almost the same as you with about the same motor but i ran a 310 main and needle on middle clip.
  21. you can run with your airscrew .5 turn out if you need to .. but yeah i had almost the same setup and i was running a 30p in my stock carbs .....
