Ok. Everything seems nice and tight when installed springs look good

First set can be thrown together and ran. Theses nothing wrong with them other then having an oversized drain bolt.

Scrap it or run it?

set #1- ported by jeff at f.a.s.t . no chain whack pretty good shape. (the bad) drain bolt hole threads were stripped when i bought the bike, I tried a helicoil and it work for awhile . I ended just buying an oversized drain bolt , and that worked great ill include it with the cases. 100 bucks shipped obo. #2 .. clean set of cases almost looks like someone tried polishing them at one time, no chain whack look good ... (the bad) i bought these off ebay and one of the studs looked like someone broke it off and drilled it out. could be cleaned up with a tap and a helicoil. 85 bucks shipped.

deto? too tight of a squish gap? maybe a pro will follow up.. id deff pop the head and see whats going on...

i couldnt get the pin out of pistons so i used wd40 to help get them out.. maybe the lighting hitting the crank with wd40 made it look like rust idk.. ill have better pics once i split the case, i have receipts to prove when i bought the crank ..

Shouldn't be any rust. Crank only has 3 tanks. Jeff assembled motor. I'll have better pictures soon
