Be interested to see pics of the dyno graph. Don't really care on the #s, his dyno #s ive noticed are usually higher than the other guys, but always seemed to fail short of other dyno #s on the hill.

Shawn is more than capable, yes. But your leaving an easy 10+ usable hp on table and more experience with those. Lets not get into redline being better, hes proven. By all means have dude slap it together, but I can assure you you will be disappointed at the end result, with that raptor.

Ive rode a 90hp raptor, and a 115hp ported 7mm serval. No matter what you do with a serval of your size, are you going to beat that bike. Your engine would make more, better, usable power and be faster in a drag race, if you sent it to a builder thats done 5x the builds as the guy you stopped in to see. Tylers engines came from the guy you should have set it up.
