  3. thanks Jeff...
  4. I see mine in there...cant wait for it to show up...
  5. Mine too!
  6. I get all my stuff from Andy @ M&M (No limit)...he is just a few minutes north of Tulsa and he is a sponsor on here. Only reason I am going to Sandtrax is he doesnt have his dyno set up yet from the move.
  7. I have never done anything with sandtrax, but I am taking my bike over there Saturday for dyno.
  8. I have read a couple of things saying that you can change mikuni's back from alky to gas. Can i just rejet? I also read that the dump tube may need to be switched too, would the needles need to be changed also? any help would be appreciated, thanks..
  9. Because I am all up inside of it! got more pics if we need them to help.... http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=153209
  10. where in dallas for 3?
  11. put me down for the instructional video too...just got one also on alky...
  12. thats a real good idea to just coat the entire outside with resin. Could paint it any color and it would never chip. i prefer to use west systems and you can add the filler to thicken it up and not have to use mat. http://www.westsystem.com/ss/407-low-density-filler/
  13. I just got a bike that is setup for he says e-85. It has 34mm mikuni or i think there 34's with powerjets built in. It has 18cc with heavy port job. He had just got the bike on a trade deal, and really didnt know much about the fuel situation. Kept saying just put it back on alky, because he had a hard time find e-85. My question is can i just interchange between alky and e-85? do i need to run the fuel out completely every time out of the carbs and tank? My other bike is on race gas so this is completely new to me. what about to switch back, do i just take the powerjet out, rejet, and put 19 or 20cc domes in to run race gas? sorry for all the questions,
  14. not sure if you ment to do it, but description for your item doesnt match what your selling... just a heads up... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Banshee-Chrome-Clutch-Cover-w-Water-Pump-/320873591695?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4ab58e738f&vxp=mtr#ht_500wt_1204
  15. mull ... do you happen to have a main axle you could ship out tomorrow?
  16. Man i need those things, i wonder though if its to much for my 4mil....
  17. well got it apart, and they must of rode it ten more hours after it quit working...the shaft is mushroomed on the inside against the clutch pusher. And it wont drive out even on vise with a punch and sledge. So now on the mission for a main axle, hopefully a sponsor will have one tomorrow and ship it out.
  18. gotcha on the entire replacement, that makes sense. it sounds like its not that big of deal to replace the shaft other than makes sure to keep everything in order, and have another reason to go to harbor freight for some new cool tools. I am not sure what oil he ran in it, pretty dark in color. I have flex drive in my other bike and that is what i plan on going back with. I ordered a pancake bearing, new rod and ceramic ball. So hopefully tonight i will split the cases and see how bad it is. Maybe get lucky and it comes out and take a pencil file to smooth it out. But if not i have seen come complete transmissions on here for around $100.
  19. I figured that, you think i need to replace the entire tranny, or can i just replace the one axle..
  20. I just scored this banshee on a deal, and tore it down to see the rod and ball all welded togethor and to the inside of the shaft. what would cause that beside the fact of alot of heat. Is there something else i should be looking for when i split the cases? is it easier to replace the entire main shaft with gears on it, or is it pretty easy to assemble with a new shaft with existing gears.. on a side note, when i popped the cover to find a slingshot lock up inside... ...
  21. looking for a main transmission axle, had the clutch rod and ball weld up in the shaft. Not sure if you have a complete assembly or just the shaft, let me know ... thanks..tim
  22. no the adhesive is not, i prefer bullydog. you can get it at your parts store...
  23. Plastic is plastic doesnt matter if its fenders or tank...must use a adhesive first before paint or it will just chip.
  24. just a couple of post before you new thread.... http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=153019
  25. ebay tires...if i was to sell them maybe 200. got well more than that in them, but no use for them.
