I have a 535 with mat's big bore pipes. Bike on race gas makes 114 HP 56 foot pounds of tq. These motors have to be set up correctly. When set up correctly they scream. Be ready to spend money because the pistons are expensive. Call Tim at Titan Racing and have him cut your domes. Good luck!!

Hey Jeff your bike looks good, Alot different then the yelllow days, I was at kevs today and we were talking about u, He asked who did my seat I told him u, I am having a problem with my bike, it will not say running, The crazy thing is we put a stock cdi, and coil and tryed a different stator, it is stills fires then dies, so kev has my bike right now,I have faith in kev.

I know its electrical, I tryed my CDI box from my other Banshee, and stator, still does the same thing. I had the wire harness redone, that is the only thing I have not checked yet.

No tors on a 535 Cheetah, with 39Mm carbs.

OK, Guys I am lost. My cheetah fires first kick then dies about 2 sec later, I check the spark, I have spark, new coil, new reeds, so what would cause this? I even tested the cdi from the other banshee i have, and it still does the same thing. Starts first kick then dies 2 sec later, I took off the head and looked at the pistons, they look fine, Top end is only a year old, with 155 psi in each jug. so what could this be?????

Wow Stock Carbs on a 10Mil, that's a new one, Run 39 PWK great carbs, I run 39 and 41 On my Both my 10Mils.

Wonder if they will make them for the 250r intake.

In my stock Jug dune Banshee, I run Pro X Pistons, I ride Glamis with that bike, have had the same top end for 4 Years now with the pro X, no problems at all. Now in the other bikes I run wiseco, only reason is that they are Big bore bike 73Mm and 78Mm. You will be fine with pro x.

I know I had someone tell me they had hot rod stroker pistons in there bike and I laughed. Just wanted to double check because I laid into him. Did not want to put my foot in my mouth.

Is there such a piston?????

I found that the red powerbands work better then the gold one. Just my 2 cents.

I am having the same problem with my 535 to the T. It s driving my nuts, I checked everything and it all seems good, I am so lost.

10Mil cub or Super cub or Cheetah or DM? What motor do u want to build?

I payed 250 to strip and re nickel my top end.

Thanks cam, if does look long in that pic, some else told me that they use KTM pistons in there 535, not sure what piston, I am going to ask them again tomorrow. And yes, I have have 115 rods, so were do I get the windows cut, A machine shop? I do not have a machine in my garage, Wish did.

Alot of guys do not like 927, Because it is a dirty burning oil. I run it in both my Banshee's, One is a 10Mil 535, And the other is a new 10Mil 611will DM, I think its a great oil. And it mixes with alcohol great.

Trinity does not have the rights to the cheetah anymore, and yes Harry did pay 80 a piston, trust me, and he sold them for 190. I know the inside over there. But I refuse to buy shit from him not that my boy left there.

72mm ? I found tons of those but no 73MM.
