congrat on getting a piece of awesome history i bought mine new in 02 and have done a couple ground ups more for its the best way to check every little thing on it as it goes back together.. yes u can get kits for the a arm bushing u dont have to replace the a arm or j arm! id start with figuring out the high idle first before u put a bunch of money in bearings and bushing in case u have air leaks ect get it running good before u worry about the little things!

it looks like the bearing spun in the case but its hard to tell from the pic if its spun or just a mark from where it was sitting was the bearing rough or siezed? has it been run low of tranny oil?

u didnt get the carb bowls mixed up and put them on the wrong carbs?

its just a clean up port take smooth up the ports nothing major done local ! it works a whole lot better then when it had just the stroker! it will pull with the crfs that are piped but it wont walk away from them more so due to the power to weight ratio.. i mean u prob can get it to but thats going back to the drag porting again

i run a 4 mil with stock jugs and just a clean up port job and im more then happy with it on the trails it rips pretty good.

i use the toomey two into one with a foam filter and outerwear is pretty good once in awhile i may have to slide the outer wear up a bit but never get dust in the carbs

i had the same problem awhile ago i tried everything jetting down swapping parts i tried a different set of carbs off a buddies bike and it work great. so i kept cleaning the shit outta mine and finally got them right again never did find what it was or where in the carb but it came out..

my guess is there was either two much clearance or the piston caught a port if it had been lean it wouldnt have broke the skirt off there would be sign of pitting on top of the piston at least if not a hole burnt threw it.

i think u might be goin the wrong way with that.. 350 mains with the mods u have prob is a bit rich..

thats a awful heavy set of meats youll be putting on the back of her i dont imangine rim size will lighten it enough really to notice..

did u put the choke tube back in between the carbs
