  7. Agreed. ^^^A reputable builder will do what he says he'll do. Stroking ' s problem is probably setup. Just because you have more power doesn't mean you'll go faster. That's assuming you actually increased power. Sent from a van down by the river

  9. I know right?I guess he expects Jj&a to warranty the axle over the phone? Sent from a van down by the river
  10. I have everything you mentioned, off of a Black SE. (2004?)
  11. Look forward to getting mine. Good to see you on here. Sent from a van down by the river

  13. Nope. FAST Racing on here has them all day everyday for 355.00 as well. Sent from a van down by the river
  14. See..you keep saying that but you're missing one important fact: We HAVE ran the stuff in the application we are speaking on...YOU have NOT . So who is talking out of their ass and who's not? Btw, no Google search here..i have many years of use to back my findings. So do plenty of others including actual engine builders. All you've done is talk with workmates about it. How many of them build banshee engines? Sent from a van down by the river
  15. Yes...great source of info! Someone who hasn't actually tried what that are talking about. Haha Best source of info ever! Sent from a van down by the river
  16. So you're going to stand behind the whole "lead buildup " issue...even though YOU'VE never ran it?..but WE have..and said that it's not true? Sent from a van down by the river
  17. Umm... In your 1st post you are quoted as saying it has certain additives for weight and balance purposes. ..( btw you still haven't defined what you ment by that, but alluded to the fact that it's bad for a banshee) 2nd, you said it ran in your engine " very dirty" which is complete BS btw. Why would the aviation use a dirty running , deposit leaving fuel? That..and the fact that I've seen far too many ultra clean 2 strokes torn down thst ran 100ll. Lead is not an enemy of a banshee engine. Sent from a van down by the river
  18. Nobody said it wasn't made for aviation use...duh. what we are saying is it will ALSO work fine for your banshee if you need higher octane than pump gas can provide. And that it will do it well..And that it won't make your engine " dirty" as you put it. Sent from a van down by the river
  19. I'm glad you took the time to reply..because I sure wasn't. If someone wants to get all defensive when someone questions their opinion ( mis informed at that) so be it. I really don't care. It's just that I don't like someone who's learning to be misinformed. Sent from a van down by the river
  20. I never sent him any pix. Got tied up. Sent from a van down by the river
  21. Hey man. It's nothing personal. I just don't care for mis- information. I know several professional engine builders who advocate it for 2 stroke engines of various types. ( In lesser tune than a 110 octane engine requires , but more than pump). I also know several people who have used it exclusively for longer than me (15 yrs at least) with great success ..... so now you are saying all of this REALLY WORLD experience in invalid ? That's all I'm getting at. Sent from a van down by the river
  22. What WERE you referring to when you said " weight and balance"? Also,,just because you "work" on aircraft doesn't mean jack crap on a Banshee or 2 stroke for that matter. You could be washing aircraft for all we know. What i DO know is,,you don't know JACK about Banshees. Im just trying to stop the flow of MiS-INFORMATION being spread on this topic.
  23. Nothing wrong with lead in our engines. It as anti-knock properties as well as lubrication properties. Next?
  24. Yea.. Im saying your info IS inaccurate, in the areas i mentioned. I think you are misunderstanding the term "Specific Gravity " for one thing. Unless you're referring to something else? They don't add or subtract "weight" from the fuel for aviation purposes . 2nd: I repeat,,it is NOT a "dirty" fuel. It does NOT contribute to contamination of an engine. Aircraft are held to some of the HIGHEST standards when it comes to fuel. Ive ran 100LL for over 15yrs in various 2stroke engines and have NEVER found a sign of buildup from 100LL. I did months of research on the topic before using it. There is TONS of false info passed around on the subject...especially from people who just pass info around. BTW: No matter how you portray it, 100LL is infinity cleaner than todays "pump" gas which we are supposed to be running. I still hold to the fact that real Race Fuel is superior to either pump or 100LL in a full race engine setup for it.
