  3. I have two 33mm PWK Keihin carbs in good shape I am wanting to trade for 34mm PJ Keihin carbs. Pics upon request if someone is interested we can exchange email addresses and send photos back and forth.
  4. I'm looking to do this to my banshee as well I was just curious what has to be modified on these shocks for them to work? Thanks
  5. That's makes sense I didn't even think about that. Thanks slot for the info guys. Looks like my port job will be coming a lot sooner than planned. I think I will just send everything off to fast and have him check over the cylinders and do a port job while I'm at it. Thanks for the reply fellas
  6. I get several different measurements depending on where I place the calipers. What is the correct way to measure them using calipers? Now that I stuck the calipers over the top of the piston so the top of th piston bottoms out on the bottom side of calipers is measured 64.45
  7. I can't seem to upload photos using my cell phone. Also won't let me edit my original post. Disregard the 20 over stuff I wasn't measuring correctly. Anyway I used a digital set of calipers to determine sizes I measured on the top of the piston near where the rings seat Piston 1 - 64.12 Piston 2 - 64.14 Cylinder 1- 64.63 Cylinder 2- 64.67 I want to triple check and make sure I'm ordering the correct piston
  8. If I'm reading this correct the cylinders have been bored 20 over correct ? 64.5 is the size piston I need to order ? If I'm wrong please by all means let me know I just want to make sure I'm ordering the right parts. The cylinder walls look fine. Normal scratches nothing huge I plan on just honing them out and getting new top end and slap it back together. Pics below Thanks guys
  9. I'm just curious what you guys paid for front shocks, a-arms, spindles and front brakes off a yfz for your banshee?? There's an 05 yfz close to me that is being parted out, I'm considering doing the yfz swap to my banshee but have no idea what to expect on the cost of these parts so I am asking you guys Thanks
  10. What porting does those cylinders have and which bore? I'm looking for a set of ported jugs thanks
  11. I'm looking for two 22x12.5-9 or 10 spider trac tires. Must have 65% tread or better. Can be in rims or just the tires ether or. If you have these or know of someone or a place that does please shoot me a message thank you
  12. I have to dig out my calipers at my storage locker but my piston has a big crack on the intake skirt It is stamped I84C0 on the piston, off the top of your heads any idea what bore size that is?
  13. Good to know. I figured these were garbage but doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks for the comeback guys. I'll try and eBay a stock one, the wires are knicked real close to the stator and I'm afraid to mess with it and make it worse so I'm looking for a replacement
  14. Seller responded to my email and said they are made in China. I should probably just stick with a genuine Yamaha part or Ricky stator right ?
  15. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=281076923591&globalID=EBAY-US I'm going thru the process of elimination rounds and I was just curious if anyone has bought and tried a stator from this guy? They must be refurbished right? Seems like a pretty inexpensive alternative as opposed to a genuine oem banshee stator. We're talking hundreds of dollars cheaper. What do you guys think about those lets for sale
  16. Also looking for a chain roller for the swing arm the one that wraps around the front of the swing arm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Yeah I haven't messed with the idle it's not too important for me right now but I did mess with the air screw some I'm going to check he ground on the coil and the clearance for the flywheel pickup other than that I'm not sure why it's so under powered and boggy. Seems like the clutch side runs harder and stronger than the mag side. Sometimes when I'm idling it down the drive way I can noticeably see more exhaust coming out the clutch side until I give it some throttle. I pulled the reed cages out to inspect the pedals and they looked fine also kicked over the engine so I can inspect the intake side of the piston and they looked a little work but nothing red flag worthy. 18. I was told they're 34s but noticing pwk on them and the S46 gives away that they're 33mm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. It says PWK on the side of the carb body
  20. For some reason in my phone t won't let me edit the posts. I apologize for all the replies in advance It sounds like one cylinder is always firing and the mag side only breathes when I accelerate. I did a visual on the carb slides with the filters off and they both slide at the exact same time the carbs have been cleaned out real good the reeds looked fine. Kinda wondering if I should just set it back to stock timing and try it out then.
  21. I tried turnin the choke knob and it didn't do anything do I need to turn the black plastic nut on the base of the choke assembly ? Or twist the actual choke knob?
  22. I put in 158 mains, it already had size 50 pilots air screw is 1 1/2 turns out and it still bogs. It has 34mm pwk carbs on it and its stock port and bore are these carbs too much for the stock hp?
  23. I just went thru my jet collection and the jets I need are missing I left them in my last banshee when I sold it. I have two size 50 pilots and two 158 mains. I'm gonna try that out and see how it does. My buddy left for havasu today I'm gonna have him stop by the shop and pick up some more jets probably 155, 160 and 162 to be safe, also what other sizes pilots should I get to have on hand ? I have one 48, one 52, two 55s, and two 58s
  24. Cool thanks a lot for the direction
