yep... 18 psi diff is alot... pull it apart and see if a hone and a new set of rings will help it... and yes with anything over about 155 you want race fuel or at least AV fuel.

I have had Brandon (wildcard) do a lot of work for me and I am more than pleased with his professionalism and his willingness to help! I had him port and set up my 10 mil cub for a dune type port and it is amazing.... the power comes on early and it is a smooth delivery and a BLAST to ride. I have also had him set up my 4mil dm's domes, base gasket, squish, etc (the porting was already hacked up by a different "builder" (not a site sponsor) but Brandon Cleaned it up (as well as it can be cleaned up)). He has been a ton of help with every question I have ever had and is always willing to take the time and explain his answers. I am very very pleased with everything Wildcard has done for me and have seen alot of thier bikes hold their own at the dunes, I have never heard a single complaint about a wildcard motor. I will continue to send as much work as I can to Brandon and Shay and I HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs! - a Wildcard "crony" Josh..... lol

You are pretty lucky cases are still useable. for a stock stroke or for a trench job! time to build it faster! lol

that is a pretty damn good deal for the crank and threnched, welded, epoxied, cases... the chain whack welds looks good too... most the work is already done on these cases for a dm.... and the crank would clean up pretty nice too if you lap the flywheel to it.... buy it up and build a MEAN 10 dm!

What size bore are your cyls?? if you are at a 66 or bigger then you need a big bore set up.. I am almost wondering if that is the little crimp on the end... I love my cool head set ups and I would recommend having a set of domes cut for every engine that is no longer (stock)... call a site sponsor and have them set it up.

that bumper is pretty... If I didnt just weld over the bumper mounts on my frame I would be thinking of ways to afford it....good thing I welded them up!!!! lol

I have seen a couple cases with that all broken up... I think a good weld job would be the best for it...

crank is twisting or possibly other issues.. tear it apart... better to be safe than sorry....
