  14. I have a 4 mil DM 554 cc set up I would be willing to sell or trade for (the right) 10 cub. Here is what I will trade with the 4dm Cylinder Cases (set up by wheelman chassis) Brand new UPP intakes Small DM exhaust Flanges Head & Domes Pistons 4 mil hot rods trued and welded crank w/ new Max on stator and TZ on PTO side Shearer DM inframe pipes with center mount silncers Vforce 3 reeds and cages Brand new base gasket and head orings ready to go so all you will need is a tranny, clutch set up, all the small things (I have most that I could throw in for a few bucks) and a flywheel/stator etc. I would trade this for a 10 mil cub set up must have the folowing newish plating, pistons, coolhead, domes, cylinders (must be unported or ported by a reputable builder for Shearer small bore pipes) Shearer Small Bore (prefer inframes) Crank newer hotrods, twister or M&M with TZ and Maxload (no vitos) intakes for 39 PWKs cases (treanched for the crank) no chain whack No junk please. Like I said above I wont trade this for any set up it must be the RIGHT set up for what I am doing. if you do not have all the parts listed above let me know we could work out some money to compensate the missing parts etc. here are some pics of the motor pipes etc.
  15. water in there... change it. run it for a min, then flush it like 2-3 times... if it is still milky you have a leak

    cut domes

Get in touch with a builder. a custom set of domes is usually about $80 and they are worth every penny.
  21. it really depends on your riding style etc. I HATE mikunis because you have to use a screw driver to take the slide out and again to make needle adjustments. I love the PWKs. Depending on your porting and riding style you CAN go bigger. the bigger you go the less bottom end you will have. I would stay below a 33 or 35 with stock cyls. even with some heavy port work.
  22. stick to a cp cylinder... biggest bang for your buck. call a site sponsor and discuss your options.
  23. X2 the trex is a tricky engine. and it is damn near impossible to find pistons for them nowadays. and are you positive it is the 115 rod? the 10 mil I had was a 120 rod. measure the pin size on the existing pistons, if they are 16 mm pins then it is the 115 rod if it is 18 mm pin it is the 120 mm rod. also you can call tony Doukas he knows alot about the trex and is one of the few ppl that still has and can get parts for them. http://www.bansheedepot.com/default.asp or sell it and get a CP cylinder. Whatever you do STICK WITH ONE BUILDER.
