Call Kim at K&T. My dad and I saw a couple RZRs with K&T turbos on them at sand mountain UT, and they were hella fast. They were walking all over low mod banshees and 450s on the face. They were running about 15-20 psi if i recall correctly? (Don't quote me I don't remember for sure) But K&T could push you in the right direction I'm sure. I am not claiming to know about turbos other than the one on our powerstroke, but give your idea a shot! Without trial and error there would be no innovation.

I had a 15 on my banshee last weekend at sand mountain and I had no top end. My gears were a little too tall. dropped back to a 14 and was much better.

What part of AZ? if you are very close to Utah I know a couple decent places here.

These are in great shape a full set of sand stars The rear are 20x11x10 and the fronts are 21x7x10. They have a total of 5 dune trips on them now, and still have a lot of the flashing and breather stems that resemble a new tire. They come on SS machined rims. brand new from Rocky mountain atv would be $371 for the rears, and 275 for the fronts! OK. I am confused on the whole four mil set up. I understand that it lengthens your stroke. But what is the difference between just a 4 mil crank and long rods etc. also...... There are a couple options when running stock cylinders. I am currently running a cool head. I have seen people space the base gasket up 2 mil and I have hear of people getting 4 mil cut domes. What is the right/best way? What should your port sizes(from deck height) down be? Do you have to run the 4 mil pistons as well? Thanks for any responses!

I have 2 Brand new in plastic SB reusable filters. These have more air flow than the comparable K&N. The dimensions are as follows. Flange ID 2.0 -2.75" base width about 7" top width(The chrome part) 5.25" filter height 7" will fit a banshee 2 into 1 perfectly! Will fit a 32-35 mm carb easily. I bought these brand new in august and spent over $80 on them but they aren't needed any more, I will sell them separately or as a pair. if you are gonna run alky you need alot of compression. like in the 180s. you do need to do carbs, a pump, and drill your fuel cap as well so you can get enough flow. and you want to start way rich and slowly lean it out. It only takes a second of running lean to really cause some damage with alky.

Have you ran this yet? I think you might have it hooked up wrong? check the NPFI before you run that thing! never mind! That's your fuel splitter. sick bike! I'll have my updated kit next week!

I'm running a stock frame for now. But pretty much all I do is ride to the big hill then climb it a few times then go home. Does it make for a rough ride or does it just put different strains on the swingarm due to the position of the shock? Thanks for the reply!
