try it with a spray bottle and your premixed gas... Also it could be the cdi... Stick your stock cdi back on and see if it fixes the problem... Lots of ppl have problems when they switch to an aftermarket cdi

I didn't have headlight mounts on my frame when I got it, I don't have a welder but my friend took the oem mounts, welded some flat iron between them, drilled a hole inthe mid and presto working mounts
