YOu check the gap on your flywheel?? If it gets hot that can be touchy......its wierd cause it only happens in gear...your parking brake wire disconnected?

what electronics do u have hooked up?? TORS?? PArking brake? Define Re start.....starting it after it dies....can u ride it at all on first start?

yea take it off for like 40 bucks no more problems..........more room and nicer to work with and eliminates a lot of chasing in the future......i dk how to test that out......

back out the idle adjustment screw and lock nut...grind that down some more....it needs to be ground down to have more adjustment......it is the one that the screw is in....

Did you grind the adjustment down before installing the new adj screws??

Looked all over for instructions and cannot find any... Searched the site and all i see is posts telling everyone to take TORS off..... I have the Kit but does not have instructions......If anyone can scan them or a link to PDF would be great

If you are racing then you may want the adjustment......Just changing the A Arms improves the ride greatly...i have a set of +2 +1 with stock shocks on mine and i would never put stock arms back on anything.......Go with the lone star set up....reputable company both the shocks and arms.......you will be amazed once u bolt them on.....

You have to tell us your riding area...... I ride with a friend in WV with a raptor....fuel consumption is ok........any quad will suck less the more you baby the throttle.....A tank is always an option to expand Grizzly 700 - is a bad ass 4x4 you have a lot more options regarding fuel/camping equipment because you have racks.....the power, speed, and versatility is there....going to be a lot more comfortable for the long ride A banshee will suck gas all day everyday....a big tank will be a must option for you wishing to go far.....six pack rack with a small fuel can will get you more.... The weight will be hell on all suspensions except the grizzly....the utility is designed to carry the weight... But if its dune riding...woods riding....mountains...all of the above.....depends on what will be best for camping......if your camping with it a utility is the way to go.....I have a Big bear 400 for riding in WV.....you just get your ass kicked on the sport quads after a few hours of riding....

I have heard good things about hot coat.....its all about application..if you do it right you get good results....I would recommend a full oven though..a toaster oven will not fit anything.....a small oven can fit swingers, wheels, handlbars...etc..... Harbour freight sells powder coat ovens reasonably priced....results are great..my friend did a john deere gator with it and looks nice!

I had Cheng Shin 828's on my warrior and that ripped through mud anywhere....great in snow too.....good all around trail tire....but only avail in 2 ply i think.... They are also called wooly boogers pretty good mud tire

X2 shave or file the inside pinch points and then give her hell....should tighten her back up....to could weld it too..always an option
