WHAT IS STOCK? Never heard such a thing about a Banshee. Exactly. Having had both quads, I love the handling of my YFZ450 for shooting the trails and playing on the big hills at the dunes. It has all the bolt ons and feels pretty quick for a 4 stroke. But as far as drag racing goes all I can say is if your banshee is getting beat by a YFZ450 then you shee is a piece of shit.

You guys need to come up and race the last NFTRA at the Kansas State Fair.

"cam mod/airbox lid removed/baffle out" If you are under 2000' elevation go with a 168 main 45 pilot and #5 clip with the stock needle. that should get you pretty close. That is where I am at and it runs perfect.

Looks good. I liked mine when I installed the +2 +1 a-arms. The steering stabilizer is must though. I didn't notice the bump steer so much on packed dirt but once I hit the sand on a busy day it was hell holding on to the bars.

Make sure you remember that your airbox lid holds the stock filter in place. Just letting you know incase you didn't.

Most guys that are running it MX are actually bumping the front up to a 15.

You'll never get the same feeling when the banshee hits the powerband on a 450. But I must say I had alot of money wrapped up in chassis and suspension on my banshee and it still didn't handle as well as my YFZ450 right out of the box. Or you could do as Meat suggested and get you a 250r. They seem to be going for a dime a dozen now.
