Have you synced your carbs? Sounds like the right hand cylinder is getting less fuel then the left, or the other way around.

For trail riding IMO a plus 2-6 is going to be ideal for trails. I had a plus 8 on my warrior back in the day and to me it was way to much swingarm for trails. For a-arms plus 2 would be perfect. I'd also add a plus 4 axle to go with the upgrades.
