  1. Great sellers here as well as site sponsors. Don't let this mishap discourage you. Good luck
  2. Bike does look clean. * Looks like stock carbs * Engine is not polished * Garage floor looks to be covered with tire shine. Must have soaked the bike in it * Paddles are backwards ( good eye toytech) * Doesn't list as a bike with title ? Go look at it and get a feel for his knowledge of the bike. If he built it you'll be able to tell. Good luck Troy
  3. How many posts about " looking for a bike" are you going to make? Just fucking buy something already.
  4. I just replaced my cable , springs & adjuster screws. Let me know if you still need help. Troy
  5. just my opinion You simply need to take a road trip and buy the Red banshee. That bike looks clean and his asking price of $3,000 is in line. You will not build one for less then $5k unless you find a roller. I paid $1,150 and started from there. I am now $5,000 into this bike and if I had to do it again I would have bought a built bike and saved some cash. Stop talking and pull the trigger Troy
  6. Another great seller here guys. Bought small parts from Joe on Friday and had them by Monday. Perfect transaction. Just another member doing it right *** BUY WITH CONFIDENCE *** Thanks, Troy
  7. Thanks for the input Guys Kind of thought it was a waste of money too. The shop owner did tell me that m5 has it already. Thanks again Troy
  8. Slam the hammer Boss
  9. Any experience with this additive for alcohol applications. I just picked up another 5 gallons for this weekend and the salesman recommended this product. He claimed that using this will eliminate the need for purging. It is supposed to apply a protective coating over aluminum parts that will prevent corrosion when running alcohol. Please reply if you have any experience with this product. Thanks, Troy
  10. Should perform entirely different. Did you port the 66.5 cylinders? Just curious Troy
  11. First off Welcome to BansheeHQ Wow what a fuckin mess. Pull the motor , open it up and start over. If it was me I would install a 4 mil crank assembly , find a decent set of stock cylinders, and replace the pistons with NEW ones. Keep your eye on the for sale section. There's great deals to be had here. Most of the sellers are trust worthy and offer good parts for great prices. Also follow the proper steps when reassembly takes place. ( Compression test , squish band , Leak down test ) Take your time and do it right the first time. If you need new parts contact the site sponsors here! Personally I use Brandon @Wildcard Racing. 1-435-623-0148. He's a top builder with excellent customer service. If you need any help just ask. Once again, Welcome Troy
  12. Are the carb slides all the way down? Had this issue last week. Just a stupid rookie mistake.
  13. If you're going to replace pistons get a fresh bore and do it right. Just my opinion
  14. Thanks so much. I should have just PM'ed you. Would have been quicker. Once again, Thanks Troy
  15. Thanks I found that too. Am I missing something. To me it doesn't tell or show the actual tab placement / location for each selection. Am I just over thinking it? I do have a stock CDI but I like the idea of advanced timing on the fly. Here's a picture a said toggle for reference. Thanks
  16. Are you coming to Slades this year?
  17. Just trying to figure out the Actual preset formats on a Dyna FS. The toggle has two tab settings and numbered locations. ( 1-4 ) Top left = 1 Top right =2 bottom left = 3 bottom right = 4 Which setting locations for which timing advance? Thanks Troy
  18. *** I am fucking AWESOME. Got it. Thanks guys Troy
  19. Damn. I guess that's one way to salvage a riding weekend
  20. Well that was about the most diplomatic to say both parties are to blame. Good job Sprinkles
  21. Was this before you knew what the fuck you were doing? I'm sure it was
  22. I've also used a vacuum set up. Still no good.
