I know im controlling the air/fuel mxture, I found out its the air im controlling on the PJ's.....im at sea level, T5's, K&N pods, HJR dune/play port with the temperture ranging from 40-70 degrees. I think I need a 50 pilot jet. The 48 pilot jet only idles good & have good throttle response at .5 turns out. When I use my 55 pilot it idles good & has good throttle response at 1.5 turns out but it too rich.

I have some 34mm PJ's & needed to know: If the air/fuel screw is seated & I turned the air/fuel screws out-to the left. What would I be controlling the air or fuel?

Come to find out that the CDI box from RM Stator was the problem the whole time.....it limited my RPM's badly....I installed my cousins whole electrical system & it open right up....now the jetting is rich....but since then I done got a new stock CDI box, HJR dune port & T5's, it's still rich. Im just gonna work my way down on the pilot until it looks closer to a caramel color. How long do I have to ride the bike to get a complete reading on new plugs for different throttle postion's before the plug chop? -
Thanks members for all advice & recommendations To Jim, I seen some like them on ebay but the one's I seen said in the item description for drag racing only. To BigRed350x, I put some of them HD Tusk clutches in my cousins 4mil & they are holding up great so far he only uses it to make 1/8 miles passes tho.

Im in need of some new clutches...I need some opinions on the best clutch kit to buy for hard accelleration & alot of shifting. Basically one thats last long & has an easy pull on the lever. All opinions are accepted. Thanks Reek

I just brought new swingarm bearing,shaft & seals & I needed some help on the best way to remove the old bearings without damaging my swingarm. I never replaced the swingarm bearings before on my banshee. The last time I tried replacing swingarm bearings was on my sons LT230S & I F__KED up badly, causing me to have to buy new swingarm. I have the clymer's manual & all it says is to (support the swingarm & press out the old bearing)....lol.....But how? I know with a bearing press but what good is a tool that you don't know how to use? All help is thankful, Reek

I brought this topend on a 4mil bottomend that pulled very hard. The company I brought the 4mil motor from (Speedproatv) told me I could bolt this topend up to a 10mil & all I needed was a spacer plate. So I brought this 10mil bottomend from a guy that had a cheetah 535 topend on it with about 10 passes on the bottomend. I don't know who built the bottomend but the topend had everything done buy speedproatv. From what I was told it has a vito 10mil crank in it. The reason im selling is because im looking to go with a bigger motor. In the listing all the passes I made with the topend are with the 4mil set-up. I never ran this topend on the 10mil bottomend. Thats why I listed the pictures the way they are. -
Here I have a perfectly good running polished 10mil motor. It has less than a tank of gas ran thru it before switching over to alcohol. Since it was on alcohol I only ran a half of gallon thru it. It still can be ran on alcohol or gas, which ever fuel you prefer. The following mods are: LA Sleeve Big Bore Kit, 69mm pistons, fulling drag ported cylinders,1-6 full override tanny, lockup clutch kit w/ clear lexan glass, alcohol hook up(optional), adjustable timing plate. The only thing needed is a spacer plate to complete the motor set-up. The only reason im selling is, im going with a bigger motor. Any question email me @ [email protected] or call 252-678-0239. This a drag banshee that I originally brought from Speed Pro Atv.(speedproatv.com) 252-239-1847 I never been inside the motor so I personally dont know what's in it. I was told by Lewis & Donald (owners/builders) that this is a 421 drag banshee set-up for 300ft on dirt.
