take the flywheel off and make sure you didn't shear the key. also make sure the stator plate didn't come loose.

i have a set of stock bore/port cylinders that could be honed and ran as is, or bore them if you want. 150 shipped 12pdl taller haulers in good shape 300 plus the ride depending on how far you are away.
