  1. what he said ^^^^
  2. should, but it's under the clutch cover. don't have to split the cases.
  3. it's not done, but...... all new racks have 4 corner beams. you use the rear as reference. so in the end you're still hooking up a 4 corner setup rather you touch the rear or not. the price for a standard alignment has always been the same. it's more if they actually have to adjust anything on the rear.
  4. impatient motherfuckers... sometimes life is more important than the pipes you have no intention of running anytime soon. i have taken up to 2 weeks to get parts out. i have never had a seller other than a major business ship same, or even next fucking day. babyback bitches. i spent my welfare on pipes and im gonna stomp my feet if they don't ship the day before i pay!!! sounds like to me the bitch had buyers remorse and wanted his money back.
  5. god damn you're a moron. daddy have to put it in your ass to explain how sex works?
  6. if he had shipped the same day as payment was sent it would have cleared customs and then sat in the states through the holiday and weekend. fucking idiot!
  7. at first i thought ppl just picked on you. now i realize they just got tired of explaining shit to an idiot.
  8. it's called shipping idiot. i would throw you a clue, but you'd miss it.
  9. in situations like this you gotta ask yourself.... but did i die?
  10. 27, 28 29, 30 was all holiday's or weekend. your payment probably didn't clear until the 25th so what is the issue? even had he dropped parts the 26th they would have sat until monday....

  12. turn your bolts around and take any stamping marks on the head off. you won't have customers complaining the bolts are digging into their stator cover. (more surface area = less wear)
  13. no conspiracy. i will gladly give you the secret. i just thought maybe you wanted a few polished.
  14. shift shaft adjustment, or worn eccentric bolt.
  15. send me 5 and i will send 4 polished back and even clue you in on a little secret.
  16. holding the throttle wide open and kicking until the needle stops moving?
  17. i have a set of fronts that i can soda blast to look new with brand new pads. but no rear caliper.
  18. polished? lol think i have a whole box of calipers.
  19. grr8 cause tony the tiger says so!!!
  20. kinda reminds me of the oldschool days. motor struggles to turn over from timing being set a little fast. pump the throttle a few times to load the cylinders up (temporarily foul the plugs) to allow engine crank speed to get fast enough that it will start lol the motor may be struggling due to pre ignition. we all know struggle leads to vibration. i know my last blower setup was not struggle friendly. by the time you felt the vibrations you had already melted 8 ground straps and started blasting pistons.
  21. lets go back to compression. you say 170psi you're borderline alky compression. 180(hot lap/dune)-200 (drag) i would dare to say 113 octane minimum for 170# lets say you're not seeing signs of detonation. ie pitting, shaking plugs out etc there is a slim chance you could still be getting vibrations from pre ignition. simple to solve if it's the case. back the timing down and up it one main jet size. taking away timing/adding fuel will both help cover up deto. i assume you already know this. you seem pretty knowledgeable. it's a simple diag and would love to hear if either helped. maybe a even easier way would to be throw some octane at it. it's imo a good solid rider on lower octane fuel should be around 150psi.
  22. you mentioned spacer plate. are you positive the exhaust isn't hitting something with the elevated exhaust flanges? or possibly the hangers are in a bind causing more transferred harmonics?
  23. lol i was simply saying using two pencils instead of one never crossed green's mind. no i wasn't meaning you skipped any advice, just simply let sleepers resume offend you. i would have just took the advice without getting offended. once you have checked everything so far and you're not happy with the results i would start looking elsewhere on the bike. cracks in the engine gussets, exhaust or engine hitting the frame etc.
  24. you would just have to know green to realize 2 pencils never crossed that peanut... you're chasing harmonics. the further out they're allowed to travel the worse they get. the engine vibrates. at this point we don't know if the engine itself is vibrating more than the next. assuming it is then it's internal. assuming it isn't and it is "felt" vibrations than you're chasing a mounting point. rather it's the engine mount sleeper is saying, or a exhaust mount or any mount. not being a ass, but typically a topic like this doesnt get this much attention so for everyone to be attempting to help i would take any advice.
  25. you can decrease vibration with ample isolators. going by your screen name i assume you're use to getting a car/truck engine balanced to where you feel little harmonics through the cab. nothing about these banshee motors are balanced. i use oem hangers for pipes, rubber isolated engine struts, engine washers etc also bar choice and they even offer dampened bar risers. if it's going to be a rider.... drag bike i just deal with it. been on bike that would make your arms and legs damn near fall asleep when everything was rigid mounted.
