  1. How much for ProFlow adapter to 45640
  2. Looking to buy a ProFlow adapter, 27.5 pilots and 270-310 mains for a stock Banshee carb, and a carb sync tool. Hit me up. THx.
  3. Went to dealership today and can't even get any jets. Guess I have to order some online. I got the idle kit installed and actually got the quad to start easy and ilde. Once I get the new pilot and order the sync tool I will start tuning it. What would cause it when you rev it up that it doesn't come back down to idle right away, it will rev a little high and not come immediately down to idle. I looked and slide doesn't appear to be sticking. The slide comes back down but revs stay up.
  4. Wow closer to 300? Nice considering 260 is in it. I am going to buy jets in the a.m. Should I start at 300 and go from there or start at like 310? Which jets should I buy? 280-310?
  5. I was wondering if anyone had the adapter. I have the K&N filter, just need the adapter itself. ALSO: If anyone has some jets or Toomey Jet Kit for sale or something I might be interested. Thx.
  6. I'm assuming needles are stock. Should I replace them also? Probably whoever messed with it before just changed the mains and that it. Just order a KIT and start from scratch?
  7. Wow took a second look. Yeah 25 pilot and 260 mains. Should I go to 27.5 or 30's? Wow no wonder won't start. No idle screw and stock pilots lol. Looks like I got to get some jets. Wow and it actually ran good so I guess it will be running even better when I get finished.
  8. Would you sell the ProFlow adapter without the box and filter? Thx.
  9. I thought the pilot went from 25 to 27.5 and the mains were in 10 increments so how do I have a 26 and a 265?
  10. Yes it's been a while but I finally got around to pulling carbs and installing idle kit. I have 26 pilots and 265 mains. The mods are VForce Reeds, T5's, Boost Bottle, K&N w/ lid (probably remove), stock cylinders as far as I know, reed spacers. I am around 600-700ft. Does that sound about right? Where can I find carb sync tool? Thx.
  11. Looks like i'll change it back. Thx gentlemen.
  12. I just need the idle kit. The conversion is all done but the previous owner didn't install the idle kit. Could be why the bike won't idle and hard to start ya think?
  13. Looking to buy a TORS complete idle kit w/ instructions. Thx. Mike
  14. Yah the guy I got it from didn't seem to intelligent about the bike. Said he took it in on a trade and didn't really know much about it and it had been sitting. Does this sound like what could be my problem with the non starting and idling? Y would a dumbass not install the idle kit? Well looks like i'll be takin carb off anyways to tap it and i'll clean it out good anyways while its out. Then I can see what size pilot and mains are in it also.
  15. Well whoever did the removal didn't bother with that step. Is it something that has to be done? LOL Could this be why my bike won't idle? lol
  16. LOL yeah has oil. I saw where alot of people run at 40:1. I mean I love the smell of 2 stroke oil burnin but don't see where plug needs to be wet with oil?
  17. Well had some time to play with the Shee today. Got 2 new plugs and got some Klotz Super Technoplate I think it was. I decided to mix it at 40:1 instead of 32:1. I checked and gas is getting to the carbs and there is spark at both plugs. Choked it and first kick it fired but did not stay running then had to keep kicking and kicking. If I give it gas while kicking it starts. Doesn't really smoke now and runs fine all except when you let off the gas it will die. You have to keep revving it even while going down the road if you don't keep it revved it will die. The plug isn't oily like before. I am convinced the pilot jet has to be plugged. I tried to check compression the other day but the gauge I have, the hose and end is hard to get into the head. The frame is in the way. It screams, it's just difficult to start and won't idle. I had posted a new thread about the idle speed screws. Mine doesn't have any that I can see. I looked in my manual and it looks as if it were apart of the TORS.
  18. I just changed my mixture from 32:1 to 40:1 because I am trying to tune the bike up and the plugs were pretty oily when I would check them. It doesn't smoke nearly like it had been and plugs are not oily like they had been. Any problem with doing so?
  19. Don't see idle speed screws on my carbs. Looking in the manual it looks like they are on the TORS. Mine are removed. Is that where they were and if so is there just no idle speed screws now?
  20. Send pics of airbox with proflo to [email protected]
  21. It does smoke. It doesn't have the TORS on it. Haven't checked the spark yet. Haven't had alot of time.
  22. Well haven't had time to run compression test and stuff yet. I had a few minutes so I decided to kick it a few times and see how Shee responded. Kicked it a few times and didn't fire. Well I decided to hold throttle wide open and give it a kick. It started right up, just had to feather the throttle to keep it going to warm it up. It still will not idle if you let off the gas but it runs fine throughout everywhere else. Starting to think the pilot jet clogged?
  23. I used Benol because that is what I had left over. What do you recommend for cold weather. I haven't started it lately but it did start the other day. Like I said it screams witn no problems throughout entire powerband. Just the starting issue. Haven't had time to run compression check either. Im off work wednesday and thursday so i'll know more then. I'm a Juvenile Correction's Officer and work alot of 16hr shifts so that's my only time to do anything. Got to find my Banshee manual also. If the pilot jet isn't a 27.5 should I swap that out also?
