These are great pipes and are the old unstamped version and have absolutely no dents or dings, just one crack on the mount tab from being on a rigid.

I can't be 100% certain on what you have, but mine has a modified drum and 6th gear removed.

I have a Mike Brooks tranny and have no complaints. The drum is supposed to be modified as well. 2-5 override has stock nuetral position, clutch nuetral into 1st and 1st into 2nd and click the rest. 6th gear is removed. Make sure that you pull in the clutch to stop or you will bend shift forks.

I can't believe you still have this thing! Bump for a hard running bike at a crazy price.

I made a few but didn't like how it distorted the fabric and had seems in it to make the contours. Lew Swan makes them and I think they are like $600-$700 just for a hood.

I would consider a partial trade for a YFZ or TRX450

Mostly the reed spacers are used so that the larger carbs clear the clutch arm. There really is no noticeable change in performance.

Haha this frame has been around the block but it goes straight and rides nice. No complaints just wanting something different!

Another option for shocks would be Marvin Shaw, give them a call and have them recommend a shock for your particular set up. They will custom tailor a shock to your machine, including the length for your desired stance.
