So Cal Suspension

I run Bel-Ray MC1 at 50:1. It's kind of pricey, but I have no issues running it at 50:1 with 91octane. I have a buddy who's pushing 350lbs, and he runs MC1 at 50:1 and has been for well over 4 years on the same motor. One of the small bottles is exactly what you need for 50:1 in 5 gallons. That's kinda why I use it more than anything, it's convenient, no getting out a ratio-rite and having to clean it every time. I was thinking about dropping to 40:1 during the summer time. It gets well over 100 at Glamis. =)

We'll be at wash 4 in a white/black/silver Alpine Coach with a white stacker. Also a blue or purpleish Super Duty with a Sierra 5th wheel toy hauler. I was considering going to Roadrunner on Saturday and staying there until monday, but I think we'll stay in the washes this weekend.

If you are still running TORS, disconnect the "brain" under the left side pipe, should be screwed to the frame. It's a black box with three wires coming out of it. That should solve your problem if you still have TORS.

Moose has always made halfway decent things. I guess if you don't mind tearing your bike apart if it breaks, give it a shot. Just make sure they have a decent warranty, and won't deny the warranty for stupid reasons.

Hey Alf, just wanted to make sure you got those carbs. I realized when I was at the post office, that I lost one of the gold clips that keeps the cap from backing off. Hopefully it's not an issue. I think it's on the floor of my car somewhere.

Life isn't fair, ladies. Just based on the information at hand, it seems as though there was an issue with paypal. Whether or not that's true, that's not for me to judge. If I was the buyer who was refunded, yeah, I'd be bummed but I certainly wouldn't start a thread bashing someone for being bummed... Pretty sure any of us that have had anything for sale on here that received an offer from Carl, were bummed as well, but we didn't start a thread saying, "this guy fucked me, he offered me half of what it's worth then talked shit when I told him to pound sand".

I think this is another case of "It was such a good deal, that I can't afford to miss it!" We've had such a bad run on sellers lately that theres absolutely no need to add someone else to the list for something that is NOTHING more than miscommunication. I commend Bansheeracer9 for refunding his money!!!!! Lately it seems like several people wouldn't have done it! It sucks that you missed out on a killer deal, but he did what was right, and that's all that matters. You didn't lose any money. =)

Drop one of these in the tank... maybe two, every time it smokes, then gradually taper off. In all seriousness, try cleaning the carbs, and make sure they are synced. Does it have any issues running/idling?

You beat me to it. Pro Circuit is spelled wrong on the case. I'd wager that it at one time was a stolen bike/motor and someone knew pro circuit made cases and stamped that on there, but misspelled it? DOH! You could probably call pro circuit and see if they could look up that number...
