I'll second the lack of lubrication, after seeing pics.. Also, I think your problem might also have something to do with that wrench in the bottom of your cylinder.

Are these carbs stock carbs that have been bored to 28? If I'm not mistaken, stock carbs are 26mm...

I did this on my old KX, but with sand instead of silicone... you make a "plug" out of silicone on one end... let that dry... then fill the bars up with fine sand from the other end, then plug that with silicone... If you don't like it, you pull the silicone plugs out, and all the sand comes out... Silicone has to air dry, so the silicone more than about an inch in from the end will never dry...

There should be two hangers like these, like lilmegill said. You probably also need new o-rings to go inside the pipe flanges.

I ran the Vapor. It has a speedo, tach, outside air temp, water (coolant) temp, tripometer, odometer, and clock. Not sure what all the endurance has.

These are my buddy's shocks that he bought to use on his Teryx, but they aren't long enough. I believe they will work on 450R's, or YFZ450's with aftermarket arms. The price is $700 shipped.
