This is a good running motor taken out of a running Banshee. I took this motor in on a partial trade on a stroker motor I sold and put in a guys Banshee. I rode the Banshee before the motor was pulled and it ran great. The guy that had this was at Waynoka with us 2 weeks prior and rode it all weekend with zero problems. The motor has some port work done by FMF. I have never seen a motor ported by FMF before but they did a great job, intake, transfers and exhaust. I pulled the cylinders off to check the rod bearings on the crank and they checked out good. I did install new wrist pin bearings in the pistons while putting it back together. The piston size is 64.42mm and the cylinders and pistons are in good shape, no scrape or scares. The stock intakes and reed valves, full clutch and the stator cover are included . Motor come complete minus these items. Stator and pickup coil, Water pump and gear, Water pump cover, the hose and water jacket goning from the head to the clutch side cover. $625.00 and you pay actual shipping and paypal fee if you can't send it as a gift. Shearers are sold pending paypemnt. I ran the CPIs and Rockets on a 68mm bore stock stroke with cool head and 35mm carbs. Both sets ran about the same.

I have 3 sets of in frame pipes for sale Photo Bucket and I are getting along. Send me an email or a text and I will send pictures. If you are looking for show quaility buy new ones. These are used and work great but do have some imperfections. CPI . In great working shape with zero dents. The chrome is in pretty good shape but has some rust spots here and there. On the bike they look great though. $300 plus shipping Rockets are the originals in good condition execpt for a dent from the left front tire. It's not to bad and they still perform good and look good as well. I took the packing out of these and ran these for performance. You can re-pack if needed. $300 plus shipping Shearer's are still on the bike and are in great shape, no rust dent or any inperfections at all. $350 plus shipping Again, sorry about no pictures. I'm always up for trades on drag parts as well.

That key is for timing alignment only. It's not intended to keep the flywheel in place. My PVL ignition doesn't even have a key way in the flywheel. Getting it tight on the clean tapered shaft is the ticket.

Just go to the auto parts store and buy a can of valve lapping compound and work your flywheel around the crank for a while til all of the pitting or marks are gone. Make sure your threads aren't damaged. Clean it up real good, put the key in it, tap on the fly wheel by the crank with a hammer (I said tap), put lock tite on it and hit it with an impact lightly and you should be good. This happened to a buddy of mine last weekend and the fix worked perfect. Just be careful, you don't want to srew up your crank.

I have a set of the original Rokcets for sale. They have a dent from the left front tire hitting them, it's not to bad though. Some of the chrome is chipping on the back side of the pipes ( common) Overall they look really good and preform as well on the bike. $325 plus shipping. Or best offer. I'm not ure what stroke the cylinders are set for. I bought it from a buddy of mine that owned a shop in waynoka ok and he said they were 10 mil. I can't be sure though. That's way I put the demensions of the cylinder. I will call Kyle at DASA Monday and give him the number on the cylinders and get more info. If someone knows by the measurement please comment. I'm not real knowledgeable about the T-Rex cylinders. The carrier doesn't have the brake stay with it.

Chrome and in very good condition. $100 Set of 34mm Mikuni carbs with power jets and set up on alky. I used them on a 4 mil stock bore. I also have the jets to go back to gas. $225 Pro Design Cool Head with all of the o-rings and #6 domes. They look to be around 20cc domes. If someone knows for sure, let me know. $125 T-Rex cylinder and head. The bore size is 74.55, the cylinders measure 106mm from the base to the top of the cylinders. Great shape no scrapes or cylinder damage. The Head is a Muchmore Power cool head with 23cc domes. The number stamped on the front is DO441S.
