One thing to realize, if you bracket race and get to the final rounds, sometime you dont have much time between races. Even using a cool down system its hard to dissipate heat between back to back runs.

Bike was ran last weekend at Midwest Sand Drags and ran 3.95 seconds at 78MPH in 300 feet
Motor was freshened up this spring with new pistons, crank bearings and seals It's 100% track ready with no pending issues at all.
Alright, according to the old trustworthy farmer almanac, the high is going to be in the mid to upper 80s and the lows in the mid 60s. So no more heat excuses.
