  1. A 3/4" bolt with a inch and 1/8 head that has 2 nuts locked together on it will work just as well.

  5. More of an evolution than a ground up rebuild. A few months out of the dealership. Years later. Current pics.
  6. I think it's supposed to look curved like that.
  7. It may just be the angle of the pictures but way you have the a arms set up it looks like you will end up with way too much negative caster. Did you move the upper a arms forward to clear the pipes?
  8. $780 shipped here >>>>>http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/180525-elka-stage-3-combos/
  9. The main advantage the Roll Design arms have over the other a arm makers is the ball joint design and the use of needle bearings instead of bushings for the lower mounts. The caster on the Roll arms is adjusted with the heim joints on the upper arms not spacers. The tie rods are stainless steel and the heim joints on the upper joints are top quality. I was lucky enough to get a pair used for far less than what they cost new. Not sure I would pay the price for new one's but they are nice!

  12. While you have it apart it would be good time to make sure the ball joints are in good condition.
  13. Not mine. Never could afford an aluminum frame or titanium pistons lol
  14. Looks like it came from an EML quad.
  15. 5 psi most of the time. I took that pic right after I mounted them up so they were pumped up too tight in that pic.
  16. Most likely your loosing power at wide open because of the single carb.

  19. Little Egypt near Harrisburg IL is a pretty good place to go. Kinda small but good for an afternoon. http://www.leormc.org/ If your willing to travel a little Interlake rec area in Indiana is good place to ride with lots of big hill climbs. http://www.in.gov/dnr/outdoor/4226.htm
  20. Look like Magnum brand a arms to me. Magic racing used to carry them but I don't know if they still do. I think the balljoints had a different taper that the spindles had to be reamed to make work.
