  1. Check to make sure the pressure plate is installed correctly, it is possible to have turned a little and it will not press on the clutch plates. The square notches on the plate should set in the grooves in the clutch hub.
  2. Make sure that the ball for the clutch push rod did not fall out, If it did that can cause this to happen.
  3. Those look like old school fmf silencers to me.
  4. I would just cut them off, its a lot easier to clean your bike up when you dont have the fenders holding all the mud.
  5. I fixed a dent on the pipe on my kx by putting a rubber expansion plug in the jug side that has a bolt in the center to expand it. Then I clamped a short air hose with an air chuck to the small end. I then put around 80 pounds of pressure on it and heated it up with a map gas torch, if you take your time it works pretty good.
  6. Good guy to deal with, item was exactly as described and shipping was very fast. Would not hesitate to buy from again.
