  1. thats what im thinking. and a nice banshee is a lot cheaper than a nice truck. im probably just going to sell the truck to turn a profit. its gotta be worth 5 grand. my banshee is barely worth 2200

  3. yea, i love my shee but i dont have any time nor good places to ride plus im going to college next year so if i keep it its just gonna sit there. and if i get the truck, the resale value is going to be more than what my banshee is worth so i can always get another nicer one if i decide to sell the truck.

  6. i have the opportunity to trade my banshee for a 1996 F350 Quad cab 4x4 lifted 3" with 35's 460ci E40d auto tranny. truck is clean, no major rust or dents, only the usual dents and scratches that would be on a 15 year old truck. interior is clean. new front tie rod assembly, new k&n air filter, new fuel filter, flushed tranny, new tranny filter. 230,000 miles on body, 70,000 on motor, 100,000 on tranny. i think this is a pretty damn good deal but let me know what you guys think.

  8. hell yea. 1997 was the best year for them. and get a f350 because they have a solid front instead of that shitty i-beam that the 250 had. ive been looking for one on long island for a while. cant find one worth buying. i want one so bad.

  11. im having a hard time removing my axle nut. i need to do new bearings so im pulling it out. how the hell do you get the nut off?

  17. I have 180 paid each. I was running it straight.
  18. Just started running 100ll yesterday. Seems like my banshee liked it a lot more than the VP c12 I had in it before. Its a lot smoother burning and top end seemed to benefit a lot.
  19. Alright guys. I made a mistake when I first started messing with my needles. I Leaned it out 2 clips instead of richening it (which is what it needed). I thought the problem was that it was too rich when it was too lean. I dropped the clip down to the fifth position and it is a lot better now. Barely any bog. Top end is great. Low end could be a little cleaner but its a lot better than it was. I am going to get some bigger pilots and mess with the screws to get it perfect. I also started running avgas in it which is 100 octane low lead. Instead of the VP c12 108 I had in it before. It made the whole powerband a lot smoother but in the low revs its a little choppy.

  21. Needles were on the third clip down. I put then down to the first clip to try to lean them out but it almost made it richer. Its only in like first and second gear when it bogs. Once I get the revs up it runs great and pulls hard. Should I change my pilot jet size? Sorry guys I'm not very experienced with jetting two strokes.

  23. im thinking maybe move the needle position down a couple spots to help the response issue. i put a new set of plugs in today and ran it all out. plugs look perfect actually. nice light brown burn.
