can i replace a ball joint in one of my arms? my left bottom one is shot. im wondering if i can buy a replacement and put it into the stock a-arm. or do i have to replace the entire a-arm? sorry guys. thanks, -Ryan

i dont have a tether. i have lightswitch kill and key switch.

What is the best way to remove the tors and the lights from my harness? do i just cut the wires from the connectors and just get rid of the wires and ground wires for the lights and tors? or do i have to save some of them to make the bike run? i read the entire electrical sticky above but its still not too clear to me. also what is the best way to remove the key switch? sorry, im not too good with wiring, never really understood any of the terms too well. help me out guys. yea the raptor is a great bike, lots of power for a stock bike, but i would go with a 450 because its lower and more built for sport and really riding hard. the raptor is more like a work quad with sport plastics IMHO. but in the end its up to you.

im thinking its either the coil or the stator i know theres no way to test the coil without buying a really expensive tester. i would take it to the stealership service dept but i have no money right now i need some help guys i know someones gotta know whats up

throttle is probably stuck haha. it happens on these bikes. pull your carbs and clean em good. the slides get stuck up sometimes. take some fine sand paper and take it to the inside of the carbs. also make sure your throttle cable is routed as straight as possible and lubricate it good, they can jam and stick if it has to make a tight bend. glad you didnt get hurt, some people get scared and dont realize what to do when they stick, im usually not the smartest one in the bunch.

same thing happened to mine the other day. now i just have no spark and have no idea what would have caused it.

if you read my other thread about my bike stalling you know that i was messing around in 1st gear doing wheelies and stuff and once when i hit the throttle it bogged for a couple seconds and then shut off and wouldnt start back up today when i went to try to start it still wouldnt start pulled plugs looked fine no spark at all tried different plugs still no spark pulled the stator cover and flywheel and the stator looks fine but i dont know of a way to really test it i checked all the wiring nothing looks worn or broken i dont really know what else to do i need some opinions on what i should try or what it could possibly be please help guys i wanna ride this weekend bad
