Went to the local parts shop to order some stuff told the guy what i needed and the guy starts to ask if Im sure its a banshee and not something else! Told the guy last time it was rebuilt it sure looked like a banshee motor , then tells me it sounds like the RZ 350 so I told the guy it doesnt have power valves. The guy looks at me and says what does that have to do with anything.

Thanks for the info just one thing how will i know if i have to stagger each steel plate or is this just the stock ones, i bought a tusk cheap clutch because it was cheap and wanted to see if it was worth a shit. Havent rode in a long time and money is really tight so hope it works

I have to put a new clutch in the shee and need to know things to look for when replacing the clutch like groving on the clutch basket and such any advice would be much needed . My other thing is i have seen poeple not use the rubber cushions and was wondering if these are a must or not thanks hank 024.

I cut my air box and used a pro design adaptor and ran a k/n filter so it cleans it up but still have to use stock mounts for whats left of the air box its less of a pain in the ass on the next bike i will be using k/n pods much better for tuning.

everyone has had their share of bad times with a shee but the good times out weigh the bad for sure when i got my frist banshee it was a mess tore all apart sitting outside with water in the base no jugs and the rest was in 10 boxes. It took me a year and a half of top end parts seals and bearing to put all back together to find out what else was wrong. The bike is an 87 i and buddies has spent countless hours and weekends making it right, but u get your first ride without problems u will understand the real reason TO KEEP THE BANSHEE nuff said oh ya keep the shee

My buddy runs pyramids they are a really good reed but are old and is not even sure where to get replacment reeds so if u wanted to run them good luck finding them I run the boyesen carbon fibers they do the job for my riding
