cutting the springs works very good. just dont cut too much off

I really hate the rear dog bone with the drop block set up i have and want to change it up. Can someone tell me if there is anything bad about doing this? My question is if i have to have a special swingarm made in order to mount a direct shock Or Do i just measure the distance from screw to screw and get a shock that is that length? I would need a 12 inch shock in this case.

the shift star was modded by a local shop here in miami. This is a real nice setup. it actually shifts so easy and soft that i now have to get rid of it because i have an override. With the override it now shifts gears by itself with the motor vibration or on a bumpy road...

when i measure the 16mm on my PWK carb, it says to measure from the gasket sealing surface to the bottom of the float. which lines show where the 16mm should be at? thanks

can you run a pump fed carb by gravity?? i understand you probably cant run a gravity fed carb with a pump because that type of carb is not set up for any pressure. but how about vice versa?
