guys it was a mistake by mr gasket (mispackaged or part number error).. i was sent a new one and right off the back i could tell it was smaller. it fits perfect onto the radiator and best of all i didnt have to do any modifications to my fullbore plastic.

any offers? my ebay account is alex29573 if anyone wants to see 100+ feedback there...

nice set of pipes, they perform really good. No dents or heavy rust. However, the platinum coating has some small defects here and there. so switching from 13 to 16 psi is going to make the cap smaller and fit? I bought an IMPORT 13psi, the only different the other one will do is it will be 16psi instead of 13psi. theyre both import though (not domestic)

guys i just bought one of these and it does not fit my radiator (1999 stock banshee radiator) the cap i have measures about 1 1/8 inches diameter in the rubber part that seals the thermocap measures 1 1/2 inches just some info so you guys can measure your existing caps before you waste your money..
