    Yeah the older style dodges fit 16's no problem at all. The newer ones have bigger calipers and rotors.

    Not sure what your plans are with the bike but, I've heard the 2-1 kits arent so great. Maybe look into going back to duel set-up?!?

    X2 on painting them. PC's are nice pipes!

    1) Jet your bike properly for your mods. Running stock jets with those mods could ruin your motor. 2) If you haven't yet, get the tors removal kit and put the idle screws in your carbs.

    Klotz R-50 at 40:1. Anything Klotz is the way to go IMO.

    Make sure your carbs are synced after taking the tops off. The slides need to move up and down exactly the same

    X2 on welding your crank and porting your jugs. I would send your jugs to a BHQ site sponsor, I had Wildcard Racing port mine

    Hmmmm its hard to say. I've seen some 500's rip hard. If his 500 is bone stock besides a pipe, IMHO I think you'll prob pull on him. Make sure to get this race on Vid!

    I run 21x11x8 haulers with stock gearing. I geared down and hated how much I had to shift, so i went back to stock. Seems pretty decent now.

    I prefer running klotz at 40:1. Get that tors off there and check your slides.

    Yeah they are like 80 bucks I think. I've seen cheaper ones for like 25-30.
