I should mention that it does run here and there and when it is running it seems fine.

I know this is not a banshee but im stumped on this thing and was really hoping you guys could throw in some opinions. Its getting spark, getting fuel, valve lash is set, cam doesn't seem to be flat, timing is spot on, exhaust doesn't seem to be blocked at all and i can't get this thing to so much as cough for me. Coil is new and stator seems to test ok. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's not going to be a stator issue. The stator sends juice to the coil and fires both cylinders every 180 degrees of rotation. So if one is firing they should both be firing in theory. If you are really not getting juice to one cylinder i would check your plug wire or the plug itself for starters. Are you certain that it is a spark related issue?
