  1. PM member RUKO on here. He runs a Magura hydraulic clutch.
  2. there will be no justice!
  3. well I would personally check the thing that you changed. I'm guessing reeds maybe or carburetion
  4. I also run a trail tech vapor computer. It seems accurate but I also only really use it for the temperature.
  5. I ended up breaking off a crank seal spring when my idler gear exploded. All I did was buy a new seal and replace the spring.
  6. I got my shocks and a-arms from a 2007 never even used for $150 shipped to the coffee shop down the road. I sold my stock front end for $100 so I'm into the 450 front for $50 plus the extended tie rods and ends. So for about $100 it was a good investment. If your spending any more than $200 on a 450 front end, it's not worth it IMO.
  7. Meh, no need to reply back, I'm over it. Maybe I was having a bad day when I said what I said. It just gets frustrating when you have guys on here like militarybanshee ripping people off who have no clue and guys like goonie turning a good thing into shit. It's just disgusting to see people taken advantage of and people be harassed for no reason when they are just trying enjoy a good chat or buy some cheap parts. I like being able to come here and soak in good info and have a good chat with people with the same hobby/interest as me but idiots tend to turn the good times into shit. What ever though, it is what it is.
  8. Phhh... Helped out the HQ how? What $40-$50 in your pocket? Sure that goes to you (The HQ) but he sure as hell didn't contribute any intelligence like many of the good people here do. And besides, He only stepped up and paid when he realized people started making threads about him.......Kinda like how a girlfriend gets knocked up before you kick her to the curb for being a bitch! I don't really care, but you would think you would want to keep people such as the vendors happy. But I'm just a fool....what do I know. Alf, sorry about this. This place needs more helpful, friends like you. Once again, Flawed in my opinion.
  9. never mind. I've got it figured out.
  10. Well I was given a new Boondocker nitrous set up and I need to know if there is any way to hook it up to my shee with pod filters. The kit is made to mount to an air box but I eliminated mine and have no plans to go back to one. Has anyone ever installed one with pods?
  11. I'm not sure where using loc-tite came from but your supposed to use neverseize or any other anti-seizing compound. No need to use loc-tite with nylock nuts anyway. I read back in the day a few people had the same problem but alloybolts are probably sick and tired of the same old thing over and over, people not reading the instructions. It states right in the instruction what to use to avoid this problem. I'm sure loc-tite was not one of the products. As a matter of fact, when I was installing my shocks, I had all the bolts layed out and coated with neverseize before hand.....or so I thought. I ended up seizing a nut and bolt together. I had to bite the bullet and buy a new nut and bolt myself. I don't expect a refund for a mistake I made. Once again sorry for your luck alf but shit happens. If it didn't come with instructions, thats a different story.
  12. I had no problem with my kit. Just make sure you use never seize as stated in the instuctions supplied. I would buy another kit without question. Sorry for your luck alf. Did you call him? he should replace the bolts free of charge as he has for others.
  13. heres my yfz 450 front end. You don't need to use the 450 hubs and spindles either.
  14. If I recall correctly, Alf44 could get them for around $150. IMO it's a waste of time and money.
  15. I wish I had the "beat the dead cow smiley" Nothing is going on. Oh well.
  16. BWAAAAAAHAAHAHAHAAAAA...........YOUR BUDDIES SHOP!!!!!!!!!! BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAA
  17. 12070 RPM is what my tach read as a max RPM last time I unleashed her. I couldn't tell you at what point or what gear I hit that though. It's way to quick to be looking down at the tach while riding.
  18. They are Rocket pipes and will work for a ported stock cylinder. I picked up the seat cover off of Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/N-STYLE-BLACK-GRIPPER-SEAT-COVER-YAMAHA-BANSHEE-/280489928383?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item414e80a6bf Sorry....$23.99!
  19. X2 on the rockets. I run them on my dune ported 4mm and they have a decent low to mid and pull like a mofo up top. 12070 RPM to be exact.
