I was checking these out on ebay and I was wondering if any of you guys have used these bolt kits. I was wanting to know did the kit include all bolts need to reassemble my shee and was every thing of good quality and how was shipping. All input is appreciated. Heres the link Alloy Boltz

X2 on the 27.5 pilot but I was running a 340 like AK when I was pretty much stock I'm currently running a 380 main and its still a little lean at these temps. If I was you I would buy them starting at 300 and I would go up to a 350. Vitos has jets for $2.99 each you could get every thing you need for about $40. I tried the stealership and the only thing that they offered was a whole kit for like $70, but that did come with needles and springs. Pro Circuits like big jets in my experience.

Thats a helluva risk your taking if by any chance that decides to break loose while you at wot your are risking hydrolock and if this happen its going to cost you a lot more then just a new jug. I guess that makes me one of the 50 people thats going to say dont risk it. Next time let one of the site sponsers do your port work for you. Unless you are an engine builder yourself, but by the sound of things your not. The 250 to 350 you would of spent on a port job would of saved you a lot of time and trouble.And try to remember it might not leak when first filled but once it heats up while riding it creates a lot of pressure in the cooling system and this is where your problems are going to start.

I've never heard or doing that on the intake side but Vitos sells their super stock pistons which has the exhaust side notched out a pretty good bit. Most people would call that a poor mans port. I know for a fact that you can feel the difference between them and stock. A few of my buddies run them.

Thanks Savage I was going to do that but first I thought I would see if anybody had someone that they knew or someone that had done work for them. I know that a lot of the guys here are always sending something to powder coat and I just thought that someone might want to recommend somebody that has done a kick ass job for them.

I'm getting ready to tear down the shee for a face lift and I was just wondering if anybody on here knows a powder coater local to me that they would recommend. I'm just trying to get a decent turn around time and a good job. I'm not looking to low ball anybody so if you know someone please let me know.

According to Toomey the runners will help a little because they force the air straight in as where just pods cause the air to come in at all angles which according to them causes some of the fuel to be splashed around and possibly splashed out of the pod or something like that you might want to check it out. Toomey advertises this to promote their single filter intake

Well first I'll say that I'm running 2009 yfz 450r shocks on my conversion and I love them. They really change the whole feel of the bike. But there are a few guys on here running the ltr shocks and I'm sure that someone will chime in shortly. Good luck with the conversion you should like it a lot.

They dont look to be ported at all. You will be fine to cut them flat you have to do the same thing to install vforce reeds also
