  1. You would have to pull the head to see domes. They should be marked.
  2. Sully post a link to your shirtless video... Christoph, you replyed “yes” to pressure test, did the crankcase hold 6 pounds air pressure for at least 6mins?

  6. Looks like your binding up on the pivot bolt. Need to get some lube on there to slide. If your frame is “pinched” from when the bolt was tightened then the frame is pulling in on the bolt and causing it to bind. If you have a way to slightly push both sides of frame out(bottle jack) it should be easier. Buy a new bolt and and a BiggerFH.

  9. You will be fine to ride it with the small leak...be making a mess of bike though If you don’t have enough trans oil your burn the clutch up... You can replace the seal without taking the shaft out... But as suggested remove the shaft and inspect it, may as well by a modified shaft, clutch cover gasket, kickstart seal, and shift shaft seal.
