  1. This is a custom built PORTED subwoofer enclosure designed to fix underneath the rear seat of an 04-08 Ford F-150. This is the largest box ever built to fit (as far as we know) with a clean, factory look. Most of the custom built truck enclosure's are designed for SEALED applications, and everyone knows ported boxes hit much harder than sealed. The reason most of the boxes you see out there are sealed, is because they are built so small that they do not have enough air space to be ported. Some even as small as .15 cubic feet per chamber. This enclosure was designed and built to accomodate 4 Kicker L7 8" subs, supplying nearly .75 cubic feet of air space per chamber, which is more than enough air space for a ported application, while Kicker technicians only require a minimun of .66 cubic feet per sub. Each subwoofer chamber has its own SPL Deep Bass Ported Technology, which means that the chambers have square designed ports, which Kicker highly reccomends when using the L7 brand. Also, the more common sealed boxes can only handle the "shallow" mount subwoofers, which in my opinion and own experience ain't worth a crap. This box here accomodoates FULL SIZED subs. Alot of time was spent designing and building this enclosure. This isn't your average cookie-cutter box here, It was actually designed using a 3-D computer aided modeling program for perfect fitment and accuracy (see picture 4&5). It shows exact porting layout, terminal layout, & subwoofer locations. The picture of the amp is a reference of the exact amp, it was mounted behind the rear seat when I took the pics. Here's what comes with the sale: Complete enclosure - Wrapped in black carpet Gold plated speaker terminals in rear 4 Kicker L7 8" Dual Voice Coil 4ohm Subwoofers 4 Kicker brand cast-aluminum grilles A 2010 MTX Audio Thunder Elite 801D, 1600W Max Amplifier. Instructions for install. The box alone cost me nearly 300, speakers over 500, grilles over 100, and amp over 400. I am only asking 850, send me your location to estimate shipping charges. B/c of its size, I can't list an estimate, as every destination will be different. You can call or text me with any questions, 337-519-3282 Donavan
  2. Used cover and lockout assembly with the 6 center bolts. Only used for 2 trips. 275 shipped to US (mainland) Asking 375, shipped to US (mainland) These are used and have a few small dings and scratches, but nothing major, and nothing that will affect performance. And cleary they are still in good looking condition Will fit stock cylinders as well as cub cylinders
  3. I need the little gear that goes between the actual kicker gear and the gear on the back of the basket. I think its reffered to as the "idler gear" usually held on with a snap ring
  4. Thanks but I just found a crank. Still lookin for the cyls
  5. Just as title says, let me know what you have
  6. Yea just seen it, kinda hard to spot through all the crap on this thread. They're sweet, that's what I call engineering. Built them yourself? And how much shipped to LA?
  7. Ill do this in order, of course as the b.s. was inserted... I heard of little sahara a couple times, never been there or even discussed it for that matter, thats why I ASKED, like you do when you're unsure of things. Its what ppl do. You tried to make it sound like i have no clue by stating you would NO WAY IN HELL run those paddles, but in the end a big-name builder "in some way" agreed with my opinion. Can we say backfire?? And i actually think you're the one thats mad, b/c it only took me the "5 months you're claiming it took me to run a faster time than you ever would. My apologies I did try numerous gearing with both sets of paddles, as you're assuming i didn't. And my times were very consistant on that note. And we're back to the thread...
  8. And in the name of Tyler, can we call this highjack done, and get back to the point?? Of course w/o the smart ass comments lk "Did you not read the op"
  9. Yea and that bike being the dm. Lol man, talk about reading. And what kills me is that its right there in my signature. But of course you didn't read, nor consider the other bikes i may have had prior to the current two that I now have. lol wow
  10. When did I ever say that they did. Doesn't matter if the classes don't revolve around a 2stroke oem chassis. Already talked with charlie and its being considered as a track record, once it gets done at HIS track. And one more time, what do I know... Lol I already stated that I started the dirt drags about a year. And you well said "this is last year" What's the point to this kid?? And sorry I didn't come out of my mother knowing that I should run 4paddle gliders on my trike lk you did ok ok im done aswell
  11. Funny that a guy of this statute has a similar opinion that I do, considering the 16 extremes I suggested. And again, what do I know... Im done with the girly online bickering, i'd be more than happy to meet up with you and/or your tag-teaming buds at the track (take it anyway you'd lk). Im always at the big events in and around LA, especially the PlanetSand ones. Thinking about making it to the planetsand shootout in Kentucky as well, hope to see you Tyler shoot me a pm with the info on that brace you said you have, im interested.
  12. And what's the date on that topic??? I been running banshees on asphalt for nearly 5yrs, been running at LA Dunes in Forest Hills, LA and SandHill Atv in MS occasinally for almost 7, and I have zero time in the dunes, hmmm. You must be a paddle guru, comedian, and a psychic. Ever thought about running for president?? I told you my track experience in a pm, wow. And as for dirt tracks, Iv'e only been running it with a passion for about a year with a turnout of having the soon-to-be-official "fastest oem chassis" bike on record. But what do I know...
  13. When you're getting in the 3's it takes alot to gain a few, alot of ppl can tell you that. Taken shits and gained .03? Where do I sign up. And I notice you're ALWAYS referencing "what you know" GENIUS, no pun intended...
  14. And another one bites the dust... You guys just cannot REAAAAAAAAAAAD can you? And you're obviously "claiming" that I started this first when he clearly made this smart-ass reply after I was simply trying to help loco out. Which is what this forum is for in the first place, not teaming up on ppl that do not bow to you or your friends knees, Priceless... And im guessing your last comment about comprehension is in someway "trying" to say I can't. Funny when im pointing out the careless overlooking you yourself is doing.
  15. he can't read AND he's dillusional. lol that sucks
  16. Ha, I see you're a "paddle god" as well as a comedian now eh? Funny that you're referencing the 16 extremes when that was a buddy's tire i pulled my 3.74 with, the 3.77 was with my 14s. And once again, if you guys would get your eyes out your ass, you would read the post thoroughly and notice key statements that already throws a boot in your comments. Please READ, my 2nd post, 4th line "I COULD ACTUALLY USE MORE TIRE" damn ppl, english must have been a serious task for you...
  17. sheefreak, what do you not understand about the fact that I DO NOT KNOW what LS is, im not from that area. And again...thats why I asked. Talk about being bright... fouledout, yea I needed a starting point just like loco's needing. I never said I was an expert, just GIVING MY OPINION (read the last word in my first post) And I did take your suggestions into consideration, but don't knock my opinions when iv'e "learned" about them with a similar machine.
  18. yea I have the chariot support on both my bikes. Already have a brace on the dm but still didn't get one fabbed up for the cub yet. Wutcha got?
  19. Yea I read the damn opening post and it says NOTHING about sand dunes smart ass. Thats why I asked before I continued with my opinion. And how would you know what to run, you have nothing that comes even close with the power that thing will make. Im suggesting the 16's because i run the 14's on my 14mil DM and I could actually use more tire, and I know that 18 will make a few more horses & torq than mine, so it would be feasible for him to run those.
  20. Are you gonna be running on sand or dirt? 300ft? If so, I run a +12 with 14 staggard extremes, 78ro 10x10 rim with 16/43 gearing. And it runs pretty damn good. The motor is so powerful, it litterally is trying to rip itself out of the frame. It got so bad that I had to weld a 1/4" thick plate at the bottom of the frame and bolt it directly to the bottom of the motor (vibrates like a bitch but it works.) I also have a strut on the stator side that attaches to the frame, all grade 8 bolts used, anything less and they'll bend off the line, trust me. If I were u, id run a 14 over with some 16 stg extremes, 78 ro 10x10 with 16/44 gearing......imo
  21. yea, never bought anything from them, but I did have some work done. Got a quote over the phone for the ENTIRE setup on the cases to run a big dm, thought I was getting a killer deal (this was wayyy back in the gap, when I was fresh.) Anyway, just as the guy above said, when the work was done, they called with the bill and it was a few HUNDRED dollars more than what they originally quoted me. But what can you do . That was bad enough as it was, but come to find out, when I actually received the cases, they weren't fucking ported as they said they were going to do, and the damn epoxy on the back wall looked like crap and obviously would'nt hold up. But I was an idiot and tried it anyway, and wadda ya know, I was right! Lk everyone else says, fuck em. Go with a site sponsor, I had a play bike done by F.A.S.T. and it was both fun and fast. Good luck
