Went for a ride today and the Blaster locked up. What I don't get is the Blaster has been ridden hard all winter in subzero weather and NOW it locks up on a 40* day. Anyways... any tips on where ot get a crank and suggestions on a top end would be appreciated. It's bored .040 right now as I recall.

I know a guy that is absolutely fanatic about his 5.0 Lincoln and has it hopped up with all kinds of stuff. When I got mine he said the first thig to do was side gap the plugs. He said it makes a significant HP difference but you MUST change the plugs regularly because they wear out much faster. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF so I tend to believe it is true. However that's on a V8 so I'm not sure if the effects would be as significant on a small twin.

The smaller the cc's the more fun. There is nothing more fun than an ATC70 the 90 and the 110 are just slightly less fun. The run forever and take abuse like a crack ho. They are the best couple hundred buscks you can spend.

People on the HQ know who has what for sale if they sell it often. If you have a supply of pipes why not start a post that says... Hey everyone, if you need Toomey pipes let me know. Then everyone would know. If you want to do what's best for your fellow HQ members then offer it to us first at a discount BEFORE you put it on ebay where we'll have to compete for it. Or post your ebaya link and say... I'll sell this to HQ members for $xx.

I was thinking of options for a street conversion

I've been looking at various front tire options and found some 10" dirtbike tires and golf kart tires. The Golf tires are also DOT approved. Does anyone know if these will work on banshee rims or do they have to go on something else?

I guess if you ride a banshee in the dunes then there really is no reason for filter oil. Afterall the only dust that'll be there is what you're churning up For the rest of us wimps who'd like to have our banshees around a while, we'll just keep blowing the big bucks on a $3 bottle of filter oil
