  1. K thanks everyone. No that is not my bike. I really want another one. It has some of the mods on my bike though. Now that you mention it. I was wondering what Gas tank that was. Anyways no I didn't buy it I listen lol. He wants to much for it. How much do Banshee's run now so I don't get jipped. I got mine a while ago when prices were up.
  2. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...K%3AMESELX%3AIT Looks pretty sick. It was just listed so. Plus I am trying to get another older Banshee. Their still my fav. lol
  3. Ok, I started my computer with a normal everyday Hp. Nothing to special. I then bought a AMD Athlon 64 times 2. I then spent about a day figuring out what type of graphics card I should run either ATI or Nvidia. Beings that Nvidia is my favorite of all time I definitely picked it. I bought a Nvidia Geforce 8800 Ultra. This thing is sick. I had to buy a new power supply beings mine wouldn't put enough air out that this graphics card would need so I bought a 700w power supply. I play some games not many. I play Crysis On high setting still running about 56fps. Counterstrike source. I play everyday basically and I get about 176.6fps. Last but not least would be Grand Theft Auto IV. They have the drifting mods and now making new cars for the game. Pretty sick if anyone plays these let me know. I don't really play Crysis anymore.
  4. Haha I wrote him and told him no way can that thing do a 100. I said ill bring my shee and guarantee it will win haha. Then said Ill buy it if I can have a radar gun and clock it at 100 hahaha. Talk about OWNED!!!!
  5. http://delaware.craigslist.org/mcy/1255247672.html Come on now. I'm thinking about taking mine up there and racing this guy haha.
  6. Probably best thing you could do. Until that does I would start building everything else. As in getting new carbs, cool head, domes, reeds, pipes etc.
  7. To answer your question on the banshee with a GSXR 1000 engine, It can be done. The cost is probably way more but to me it would probably be worth it. You could probably sell it for more but then again a fast a** stroke engine would be pretty sick. Or you can always go CRANKENSTEIN LOL. Look them up and that would change your mind fast. GSXR 1000 on Banshee http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...634950QQptZATVs As for are they reliable? Any engine has its ups and down. Were talking about a 2 stroke engine not a 4. Of course the risk of building it a lot has a high chance. But that's what you get when you get a race motor. The good thing about these are if you build them right they can and will last long. You may be thinking about drag people who when they race their Banshee after like the 4th run they rebuild them lol. That's because they decided to go straight drag and BADASS. If you are worried of it blowing they I advise you to get rid of it. When I got mine it blew up like 3 months later and I was pissed but now I really don't care when you ride its all worth it lol.
  8. If I were you I would stop riding it. Take the engine off and check everything. Better to catch it at this state then a rod going through your side case. I always look at the worse case scenario just so it doesn't get that worse lol. It sounds like either you blew a bearing in your crank like I did. Is it at the bottom? If could be The rod. So check it out.
  9. Thanks you been a big help. Will keep you posted on what happens.
  10. Wow I think I am having the worst brain fart ever. I am guessing beings that I looked on some sites at clutch basket and noticed there was a bolt which I am guessing in the jam nut lol. :: I feel so dumb. I guess I am going to check it again for the 10th time. lol. Wish me luck.
  11. Do you have a picture of this Jam nut? I'm wondering if I am forgetting something on my bike. It has to be something.
  12. Messed with it again today. Took the clutch cover off. Then undid the clutch plate bolts. After that I checked the rod the push lever and ball everything was there not welded together. I noticed that the adjuster is a little loose and when I had everything abck together but the cover if I hit the clutch and kept pressing it it would move like it was unscrewing itself? When I put everything back together added all fluids to try the bike and well still not working. At first it was good. I had the bike sitting there revving up a little not even hitting the clutch any just giving a few revs. I went to hit the clutch and nothing. Just pulled in so easily. Any clews? You think the screw adjuster is unscrewing itself?
  13. Bump looking for a reply before I go work on it tomorrow need all the help I can get.
  14. I replaced the Ball and the Actuator before I ran it. All that is new. Thats why I was wondering what else it could be?
  15. Is it possible that i could have put the rod in backwards? and this be causing it?
  16. Do what? What do both them parts look like where can I find it on bike bandit?
  17. Ok as you know my banshee has been having some clutch problems. Well today me and my cousin worked in the heat to fix this bike. I took off the clutch cover took the whole thing off and reassembled it. Made sure the clutch pull thing lined up tighten the screw till it touch then turned off a 1/16. I put everything back together and checked the clutch. I had major pull in the lever and thought FINALLY we fixed it. Well I got done and took her out on the road. Started the bike up no problem and put into first. let out and it was like if you pull the clutch lever just a tiny that's where it releases. So I tried my luck. Started going and went to give more gas and the bike just rolled while revving up. put into 2nd and nothing. Wouldn't move. Unscrewed the clutch pull to adjust it a little well it looked like the push lever assembly had moved back a little. So I adjusted the clutch lever all the way out and tried it. I started moving so I went to floor it. Well got into about 4th gear and then BOOM nothing. No clutch. I could just barely push the clutch in and seems like nothing is there. I really am out of clues and need your help.
  18. Hey was looking around on craigslist this looks pretty nice. Has been modded though. http://easternshore.craigslist.org/mcy/1204099249.html
  19. You can Jail Break any of them. Send it to me ill do it free. Or ill send you some videos that will show you how to do it.
  20. Has oil and doesn't matter cold or not still does the same thing. Ive tried adjusting the bolt inside the clutch cover made sure the ball was in the clutch part. maybe I'm not doing it right. Also I may add. I did change the Push lever Assembly. Its not straight but every time I take it out pull it up and switch it up it goes right back to the same place. Maybe it has to do something with that?
  21. Uhm lets see. I put my bike in gear just push down and shove it into 1st. Hold in the clutch and try and push the bike. Well it doesn't push. I have no clutch at all. If I try and kick start the bike in first while holding in the clutch lever my bike will move like I have NO clutch.
  22. Wouldn't a OEM clutch be from Yamaha lol? OEM means Original Equipment Manufacture. I would first try pull. If that doesn't start your bike then we can go from there. Could be you flooded it and just needs to be pulled to start up. That's what happened to me.
