You'll be able to know if it is right when you took off your case. Im not sure if that is your problem because if you would of blew a bearing you would of had metal pieces all over your engine. Well one side. and the bottom of the case would of been like mine.

Check your battery!!!!!! :biggrin: J/k alright uhm lets see randomly shuts off. 1. Does your bike still have compression? 2. Check your spark plugs. Don't need to buy just check if they dont spark then you need to buy. 3. If they all work try getting someone to pull you like another quad or truck to see if you can get it started like that.

Cleaned the coupler to my reeds. Just trying to make it as clean as it gets untill i go and run it in the dirt lol. Got my head back from the shop. Went with a .050 bore. Using Wiesco Pistons and a Hot Rod crank will join the build. Still waiting on the Gaskets for the engine but in the mean time I received my cool head so I decided to start the top end of the build. Just trying to do the small things first. I kinda polished a few things. Just to make sure it was extra good. Sorry for the crap quality pics I used my cell to take them not the other camera. So their not that good of quality but you kinda can get a glimpse of it. Ill should be receiving the gaskets soon I ordered them a little while back but still havent got here. But maybe they'll be in soon.

Not sure about the lawsuit but before you even mention the word sue to the company talk to your lawyer first. He will tell you the best way to go with it. Make sure you get a lot of pictures of your bike, helmet, and every scar and scrape on your body. Will definitely help your lawsuit if there is one. I hope TAG tries to come to an agreement or do the right thing.

What timing should I do. I was thinking +2 or +4 but just wanna get another persons idea? Also what timing plate they are all probably the same as the do the same thing.

Oh alright thanks. I was looking on the Alba site under the top 10 things to do to your banshee. And it said Cool head as second and told them to call and they'll help you out with it. So might just try that to be on the safe side ill let ya know what happens. Thanks.

I just ordered the coolhead and was wondering what cc domes i should get? The motor is being bored .050 over, new hotrod crank, and has cpw 30mm carbs.

K thanks a lot. So what size do you think I should go. The piston didn't mess it up really I was just looking to bore it over a little more. Maybe I should go with a .50 over or something. I'm taking pics tonight hopefully Ill be splitting the block so ill be getting some detailed pictures of what it all looks like.

Alright took mine out yesterday and well not what anyone really likes to hear or see my Shee finally blew up. I have removed the whole engine from the frame all I have to do now is crack open the block which is really confusing? They open a weird way. Anyways my left exhaust while taking it off had metal flakes all in it. As I checked the piston I noticed that it has messed up the piston pretty bad but the good news is the head is still good. I am going to be rebuilding this up but I have a couple of questions. Beings that I have to get a new piston and their basically the same price I'm going from a .40 bore to a .60 bore. I really hope I notice a huge difference which I am sure I will. I am thinking about going with Wiseco Pistons. Which brings me to my first question. What Piston should I use or is the one I listed a very good one. I usually go with them. The next thing I noticed that the metal flakes were from my crankshaft bearing cylinder on the left which is completely trashed. So now I have to figure out what crank shaft to get I was thinking hot rod but I am not to sure. I believe the one that is in there is stock but will be double checking it tomorrow. Again what do you all suggest? I will be taking some pictures of the bike tomorrow to update on this build up. If anyone needs any help or me to take pictures now is the time to ask and ill be glad to take a shot and try to explain how to remove it for you. Or put it back on if i have already done it you will just need to reverse steps. So if you need anything or just wanna keep watching this thread for the build then let me know. P.S. Ok my rear brake was starting to lock up and came to notice that my whole rear rotor is bent which is causing it to stick. So now I am trying to get a rear brake rotor for a 88 Shee. What do you all suggest that has been a good rotor to you all? Are the ones on ebay any good or are they just for a show purpose lol?

Here are the bolts that I need... I really just need the sizes so I can go to the local hardware store and pick them up... Here are the ones I need...
