Lol. You use a gasket on each side of the reed, and yamabond, super grey etc etc. I've never had a problem just always have used that combo.

Ok me and a few buddies are headed to lil sahara for the first time June 3rd. I JUST put a duneable n down 1-5th in and I'm wondering will I need 6th in the dunes? I'm thinking I might need to put stock tranny back in??!? Someone chime in and let me know. Thanks

Curious, how so how do u feather the throttle on a wheelie if we can't backload? Referring to your pic. Just not clear on some things. Some people say can't excessively backload it. Some say don't. Some say it's ok. What is excessive?

Being that this was a drag bike I really haven't had enough time on it to shift into neutral looking for first. But I'm transforming it back, couldn't stand it just sitting till the weekend. I'm throwing the shocks back on, going with shearer inframes and ditching the oof's. And gonna put in some pump gas domes, race gas is super high, way to high to do any recreational riding. But I absolutely love how easy it is to shift.

Just wondering how many of u trail/woods ride with a duneable? I just put a duneable n down 1-5 in my bike and love it but Im wondering how many of you do things other than race/drag with a duneable?

maybe locos wasn't setup right, geometry off? Lol I dunno. I say go for it, would be a nice project......sorry i cant provide much insight other than you shouldnt have any issues with supporting motor, a 600cc motor isnt that much heavier. Maybe a few extra gussets wouldnt hurt...Theres several guys around here thats done a streetbike swap. A guy here with a kawasaki zx10 motor in his banshee and installation looks factory. Hes been riding his for years with no issues..
