  2. have you tried switching plug wires to see if you are getting the same amount of fire through each plug wire and you could also check your reed cages to see if they are cracked or damage. sorry I just seen in the post that the reeds are new.
  3. sounds like you have a leaking crank seal or case,but the first thing to do is a leak down test,then a compression test.I would start there first,hope this helps
  4. x2 on yhe leak down test and even spray the cavities on the bottm of the cases,I've had little hair line crack right under outer crank bearings and would lean it out on topend of the power curve and run rich on the botom end.leak down test is the most important test to run on a two-stroke.hope you get it figured out
  5. I'm running oury grips and renthal 1 1/8 twin wall bars with a high cr bend and chrome bar caps to keep them on,plus they look good and protech your bar ends.
  6. Cool,I'll have to remember that when mine get scratched up,A bud light can works good for the stock rear shock rezzie too.

Yeah they hook up pretty good,I like that you can reverse the tires and the fronts work real well together,still fine tuning the jetting and thinking about moving back to a small bore pipe though,I'll have some more close up pics to post,we have about 8 banshees that I run with,here in NUTWOOD,IL'Need to send Andy at M&M some pics to.

  13. that might be the problem,if the wires are makeing connection to each other,would'nt that activate the parking brake and not let it rev?
  14. so,did you cut the wires and wired them together,as in connecting the wires to each other?
  15. what type of stator do you have on it and did you test it?
  16. the best stator is a oem stock made in japan,ricky stator made in china"junk"
  17. yep you have the seal in right,the nobs go trods the crank,I always install mine on the crank,before I seal the cases together,but try greasing it up and push a little harder,and the key might be holding you back,so tap lightly with a hammer and try turning it while you try pushing on it
  18. I run IMS foot pegs and pro armor nerf bars with a hinson cover and its a over size cover,just about the size of a lock up cover
  19. Does anybody know who builds a good dunable 6 speed over ride tranny? M&M atv has a 5speed,but I haven't talked to Andy to see if they build a 6speed though.but I know people on here had some bad luck with over ride trannys,just dont know who made them though or where they were bought from,dont want put one in and have to take it out,lol I'll give Andy a call tomorrow,until then I'll have to stay out of the trottle,until I can get one.Thanks Guys,appreciat the advive and info.

Dame,when I built it,I figured 85 to 90 hp wouldn't need an override,since it set up for pump gas,get alot more out of race gas but can't afford the good stuff right now,drywall contractor and work is getting hard to find,was going to get lock out if clucthes start slipping,but I have a hinson cover,so dont know if theres enough room for a dd,probly have to get a slinngshot'now just have to find a duneable or trail friendly 6 speed,got to have 6 gear,lol just put it all back together,not even jetted in yet
  21. Sorry for the mis under standing,I have a stock tranny,no override,when i'm shifting,I am pulling in the clucth and trying to shift up at full trottle,but it doesn't want to, not until I drop the rpms a litttle.

Hey guys,heres what I have,its a 472cc,140 compression,ported by M&M ATV,35mm PWK Air strykers,DYNA FS cdi and high output coil and 6inch pods,Big bore CPI-inframe pipes 8 plate complete hinson clutch and pancake bearing and a pro shift mod,heres what is happening,when I'm in full throttle,shifting from 2nd to 3rd,it does'nt want to shift,only when I let off the throttle a little,only does it under load,but when I just go threw the gears normally it shifts fine,do I need another tranny mod,because its not a hole lot of horse power,compard to the biggger motors.run pump-gas 93oct,it sucks,because going from 2nd to 3rd is freakking awsome,lolbanghead.gif" />
