  14. T.O.R.S, 2003 was the first year of that wire harness. You have to loop all of the tors wires to bypass it.

  16. Do a compression check. If its under 100lbs time for a rebuild. Also look for anything that could have caused the top end to loose compression. like overheating, air leaks or jetted incorrectly. Also look the bike over real good for anything that may need attention and dont offer more than its worth. I have seen some good running, nice looking shee's going for cheap right now.
  17. No pitting at all, just some light surface rust. I dont have a camera right now to post pics besides my phone and picture quality is garbage. Ill try the wd40 see if that works
  18. I had an extra set of cylinders honed a few months ago. I was thinking about installing them, so i got em out of the box and they have some light surface rust inside the cylinders. My question is Do they have to be honed again or would it be ok to instal them? Is there an easy way to get the rust out without taking them to get honed again? And in the future is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening again? Any info would awsome and thanks in advance!

  23. I have a set of 64mm stock port cylinders with fesh hone, brand new 64mm wiseco rebuild kit in the box never installed with gaskets and all, everything needed for a top end rebuild. I also have Complete running 2004 engine that is installed in my banshee right now, has stock cylinders that i was told are 64.75 when i bought the bike, this top end is fairly fresh. When i installed my noss head you could still see the cross hatching (noss head not included on this engine though), i have ran about 4 tanks of gas through it, has vitos pistons with the cutouts on the exhaust side(i dont know what there called). And i have a complete bottom end with a bad rod bearing. I would like to trade all +/- money for a 4mill cub setup, parts, pieces what ever you have let me know 616-890-9702 or pm me
  24. I have stock stroke, stock port with noss head 20cc domes, vf3's, toomey t5's, 320 mains and 27.5 pilots, and a chariot adjustable plate set @+4. 155 lbs compression in each cyl. I run torco 110 with klotz mixed at 32:1. My question is this: Can i bump the timing any higher than +4? And if i do what should i set it at? and will i see any power gains? Any opinions would be helpfull. Thanks!
