  1. you sure they are 20cc?? 140 psi is really low. you should be arond 170-175psi with 20cc domes @ 1000ft

I went with a Fast 421 CUB, 1-5 duneable, straight cuts, billet basket, Fast clutch, DD lock up, NOSS head 20cc domes. 39mm pwk's on 110, +8 round tube swinger and +2+1 arms from stellar Im happy with my setup and cant wait for my fuel to show up!!!!!!!!!!! ...... I am however wishing I would of went with a 10mm Cub OR 4mm DM. oh well, next time. I wouldnt mind trying a Twister set up someday too.
  3. I agree with sleeper, I wouldnt move off +4 with pump fuel. I know im prolly missing something, but maybe the UCCR is too high for pump fuel. sometimes cranking psi is just piece of the puzzle.

  6. To be honest Ive never owned a set of aftermarket shocks. So to me its rideable, well they have to be because i cant afford new ones til prolly the fall lol, They just fade fast and push when i turn but then again i have a +8 out back so cornering isnt this things sweet spot lol . but to answer your question. yes i think they will be ok til u can get good shocks..

  9. I have some Stellar Rec. +2 +1 arms. little different design than strokerO5 but still nice quality work. I also run a Stellar +8 out the rear. Just runnin stock shocks FOR NOW. Going to run a revalved stock rear and some elkas upfront when funds allow. Im havin a real hard time posting pictures right now for some reason but there on the bike in my profile picture.
  10. By the numbers i would guess the 112 hp run was either a 10mm cub on gas or a 4mm on meth. From what ive read Andy does all his testing with alcohol, so my uneducated guess is a 4mm on meth and oof's....?????? OR a 7mm cut down to match a 4mm long rod crank.......

  12. I have a 421 with 175/175 psi, .044 squish,+7 timing, 39 pwks on C-12 and i find it very hard to go off my plugs. sometimes they look green and yellowish. I did exactly what snoop said and went up with jets until it felt like it fell off. Then went back down til it felt good . My plugs still seem rich but it still pulls forever on top. I dont do any serious racing so i dont need to get greedy yet.

I hate how smooth and perfect the welds are, I hate how smooth and flawless the PC was, I HatE that he replied to EVERY single phone call and email i sent him , and i am really dissapointed that the the A arms and +8 swinger make my bike look SICK.... Tim you ruined my season by getting all my stuff here so fast.......

  16. we decided to stay in town @ the only hotel in st anthony because we needed food and fuel every morning, and not to mention the hotel was a block away from the ONLY bar in town we have only ever gone in june and i thnik its awesome. but a few locals say that later in july, Aug. and sept is the best time to go. They said the peaks of the dunes tend to round off and are better for jumping and what not. Yes. It was worth my 12 hour drive, and has been for 3 yrs. I took the month of june off and plan on spending 2 weeks of it there
  17. I thought 4mm cubs with 68mm bore are 421's. Does it have 65mm bore if its 397cc?? I didnt think the 4mm castings came in anyhting but 68mm . BUt i definatly could be wrong .
  18. I have a cleaned up 421 from F.A.S.T. on 110, with 39's and it hauls ass. I cant speak for HERR Juggs only because I havent had him do any work yet. I would like to have an engine from every one of our sponsors but that wont be happening lol . Jeff is a great guy and stands behind his work. here is a video of mine, HARD packed ground, SHITTY tires, and NO time spent on jetting, still scoots along pretty good i thought. skip to 30 seconds.
  19. Ya, I would say that your wasting your time. I wouldnt think the 1/2 inch of difference in length is going to affect anything. Sorry if i sound lke a dick. Just sayin.
  20. Do you happen to remember me contacting you before? had a nasty shift from second to third. I had it out the other day and its still doing it after replacing the forks last fall. I noticed the drum looked like garbage and wondered if that was it. well after riding for 30 mins i gave up tryin to think what it could be and started driving it hard. and with a small amount of clutch slip the noise was gone, and shifted perfect . any idears?
  21. Yes. I would definatly put them back in. Also make sure the rubber mounts on them aren't cracked or all messed up
  22. what were the issues with those 2 trannys? ive come to the conclusion that the problem with mine is the sloppy work on the drum... did you re-do them??
