and like i said your changing the top end like every year and a half or so. so your constantly changing the torqe of the head so it shouldnt warp any way

i never used a torqe wrench either. i have an 89 i just pulled the head off and it doesnt look worped. also you change the top end so often the head doesnt have any time to warp

u mean the cushings. if u have an aftermarket clutch call up the store you baought it from or it came from and tell them what you need

I have one and love it. For the guy who said they have no top end your wrong. I feel the power every were low mid and high. But laking a little low end power to tell you the truth but maybe it was my motor. So rate after the rebuild we will see

isnt that piec of the frame bent. i hate those fucking welded on bolts. i took a jump and my foot went straight threw my peg. and i thought i just lost the bolt. but i broke that welded nut off with a piece of the frame

sounds good. if you didnt know this already let it idle for like a half an hour then go over everything again. after that some slow puts for like another hour. then check it. then go a little more agresive and check it again in another hour. but thats what i do. but there has been arguments that just hoping on and ripping on it after a rebuild helps it out

ive had alumilate bars on everything i ride. love them and they have some pritty sick looking colors. dont know about the price thow

fool with the carbs and i just finished puting my motor together like 5 6 days ago and i never did a leak test could some one explain what it is and how to do it i always end up posting before i finish my thoughts but i didnt put the clutch cover on yet waiting for the clutch to come in the mail and then the gasket oo also i didnt put on the starter cover

i rip the bead on my tires all the time. the same day before my motor went south i riped a set of holeshots and like 6 months before that knarleys. i had them both at 4 psi. and im only 135 so not much force on the ground. but thats why i have my beadies so a short drive home swap out and i was good to go all day.

also those big dent things are on both pistons so they were definataly cut like that. its also a stock clutch

preignition did it. definatally. ive had it happen with my snow mobile 4 times now. god dam thing is so worked. full drag port head shaved .30 and i got 44 carbs but i bored them out to a 48. and its still not fast enough. im gana buy another. but yah that was your problem edit. i was on my phone and didnt know there was picks so i went on the putt and dam idk what that is. i can only say that shit was cut like that. you couldnt even do that with a hammer.

i like the look of the back rims on your bike wako. but i have holeshots and they suck but its all i got and im using them. rate now just to rol it around i have some chien yang tires on. there cheap tires but ive had them for 3 years riding on the streets with hardly no wear. and thats with smoking them up and breaking them loose all the time. they grab resinable. i got stuck only one time and that was with mud up the the frame. but with a little hope on the back and some revin it cam out. yah i forgot about the mudlights i have a pare with 85 90 percent tread just no rims to mount them on. ill sell them to you. i woudnt dought they hucked pritty good
