  8. DUDE, just go to the hardware store and get an o-ring. any material will do for the heat range you see at the tail pipe. it you must have silicone, go directly to the sink and faucet isle in the hardware store......dont waste 3 bucks plus shipping on a 50 cent part. check

  18. I picked up a Toomey 2:1 filter base my buddy had laying around the garage. Its just the rubber boot that attaches to the carbs. Its kind of flimsy so I was wondering how the filter attaches to it. Does the filter have a metal ring in it or is there suppose to be a metal ring that is used to support the filter base to keep it from collapsing when you tighten up the hode clamp? Anybody have any pics of one taken apart so I cen see what it is suppose to look like? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks check

  21. maier. they told me I had to order 25 sets to place a "custom order" and they would make them any color I wanted. I really cant believe they wouldnt sell 25 sets if they made them. oh well. The catch is I have to order 25 sets, not 25 people call up and order 1 set. What a pain in the ass. Wonder if full bore would do less quantity. of course then they are going to be 500 a set instead of 300. check
  22. I know exactly what you mean. was thinking the same thing. only problem with a "kit" is you still have to worry about the buyer welding the tabs on the main frame.......I have seen welds from guys with home depot welders......scary shit! LOL check
  23. I can second cotton eyed joe on this. Dune demon hooked me up for cheap! And knew exactly what I needed. PM him. check
  24. well it looks like it going to cost around $7100 for 25 sets of race fronts and standard rear fenders with no quantity discount............so I guess we will never see that unless 25 people mail me $300 plus shipping........oh well check
  25. hmmmmmm..........maybe i need to make a jig! I have checked out the factory subframe and its nothing special. Looks pretty easy to replicate. Actually you dont need near as many bends or brackets for it to work properly. check
