I was always told if it revs fine in neutral..but busts up under a load then it 9 outta 10 was a spark issue....maybe stator or coil when you got it wet was it submerged??

My 4mill does the same thing at idle...left side doesn't puff any air out just a lil smoke until I pick the throttle up but it runs awesome and has crisp throttle response....just idles funny is the only prob...i have pwk 35 w/ after market idle screws is what I blame mine on I seen alot of bikes hang open like that on alky but not gas...i guess there's enuff heat in there to burn gas after spark maybe

Its about 35 miles to the closest trails....these are Chesapeake gas pipelines. I've seen probly 30 razors climbing on the 1st pic in a weekend...there's a house to the left of it and railway tracks behind were I was standing... there's only a couple of us quad guys hitting them ( not counting the drunk guys on 400ex or warriors )...

haha....ill wait with ya i got a redline 4mill stock cyl w/a near drag port and i run shearers and it lags a lil bottom in trails but as soon as the woods open up its sweet...i dont hardcore trail either though...i take my time till i get to riding spot or hillclimbs...no trails you couldnt take a fullsize 4x4 truck to

saw some silver going for cheap on ebay a couple days ago...at the time it was complete set for 230$ used

just 2 of 6 hills we test on with in 5 miles of the house......through the fall they get a lil rocky but after a few razors and our quads get it loose it good dirt to simulate....these are 2 of the longer faster hills most the others are technical and narrow,,,just thought i would share

Well I was gonna add I ran my best time with stock pipe but it broke at the bend from being solid mount...so had to run the fmf. the only other 500 the was faster on the hill was a Q lt500 on a 250 Lt frame but the numbers can't be far off

you got nothing to loose then...lol just depends on what you prefer... i was just asking if any one else would know what the trade off would be hp vs cash.... to big bore sleeve a 66mm drag cylinder to a 68mm what would the gains be vs cash??? what type of riding are you wanting your motor for kedge82???
