could be bad flywheel also. buddy had a bad one on his blaster he chased for awhile. didnt think they go out to often though?

well was going to say check your woodruf key on ur flywheel but you had it off and put it on.(buddy of mine baught a shee for a 1,000 bucks do to no spark and thats what was wrong with it). spark plug boots? sounds like the stator to me man if your gap is good and ur cdi is good. how the 2 connectors look to the coil? had a wire break away from the coil and just re crimpped a new connector and i was riding again. good luck

are they big black plastic headlights? or are they the small chrome headlights?

id suppose youd be able to run some l.e.d.s be even better if you got a bigger stator.

ya could be possibly a bad crank bearing. theres no real way to determine til you take it apart. good luck man

ive rode alot of quads,bikes,dirtbikes etc etc. the newer 4 strokes are fun and ride real nice. but on the other hand nothing gets my hurt pumping like riding my banshee and the feel of the twins. but its all about who you are and what your looking for. me id rather have my banshee and thats it. i had 2 of them. like said the banshe has been around for 20 years(20+ years in other countries)and they only changed a couple things. goes to show you tey did something right for that long.

you got the rubber line on the carbs for the choke? have you got them synced? are you running old gas? old plugs? are the jets the same mains and pilots and needles? and is the tors eliminated?
